    • PURPOSE:To control the meandering of the material of thin thickness and broad width by setting one or more meandering correcting rollers retreatable upward and to be able to skew to the horizontal direction against the table roller axis and setting the pressing force adjustable. CONSTITUTION:For the top end of a material 6, meandering correcting rollers 1a, 1b are retreated upward from the material 6 by turning an arm 2b with a cylinder 5. At the stage that the top end of the material enters to the device, the meandering correcting rollers 1a, 1b are lowered with the cylinder 6 and the floating or clattering of the material 6 is prevented. And when a certain amount of meandering is generated in the material, the meandering correcting rollers 1a, 1b are moved with cylinders 7a, 7b by the angle according to the meandering amount, the meandering side is brought to skew to the advancing direction and together the most suitable pressing force is applied with the cylinder 5, and so the meandering of the material generating during transferring is corrected.

    • PURPOSE:To make the capacity of slow cooling adjustable and to improve the accuracy of coiling temp. by movably arranging an impeller type spraying device right under an upper laminar nozzle. CONSTITUTION:By oerating an operating rod 3, the impeller 1 is moved in the position shown by chain line. The laminar flow of cooling water which flows out of the nozzle 6a of a laminar pipe 6 is broken with the impeller 1 and sprayed cooling function is lowered, so a strip 8 which is transported on table rollers 7 is slowly cooled. On the other hand, in the case of executing ordinary laminar cooling, by returning the operating rod 3 and situating the impeller 1 in the position shown by continuos line, the impeller 1 is deviated from the laminar flow from the laminar pipe 6 and cooling by the laminar flow is possible. The tip nozzle of a compressed air line 5 is made so as to touch the vanes of the impeller 1 and, in this way, by arbitrarily adjusting the number of revolution of the impeller 1 by changing the pressure and flow rate of compressed air and changing the spray range, the cooling function is adjusted.
