摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a coated Al or Al alloy material having superior adhesion of the coating film and superior corrosion resistance by forming a specified oxygen-contg. porous film on the surface of an Al or Al alloy material and then forming a resin coating film on the porous film so that the films are joined by hydrogen bond. CONSTITUTION:A film based on a phosphoric acid compd., a chromic acid compd., a metal oxide or hydroxide, etc., is formed on the surface of an Al or Al alloy material. This film is made porous or the surface is roughened so as to make the true surface area >=3 times as large as the apparent surface area and 20-60wt.% oxygen is incorporated into the front side of the film. A porous anodized Al film having 60-98% porosity and >=0.5mum thickness is preferably formed. A resin coating film such as an epoxy resin film is then formed on the oxygen-contg. film. The films are joined by hydrogen bond as well as by anchoring effect and a coated Al or Al alloy material having superior adhesion of the coating film and superior corrosion resistance is obtd.

In this way, the fin material for a heat exchanger excellent in buckling resistance can be obtd., which has 0.05 to 0.4% remaining amt. of Mg after vacuum brazing, has 100 to 400mu average grain size and is excellent in strength.

The transition metal is a group IVa, Va or VIa transition metal such as Ti, Zr, V, Cr or Mo. Pore sealing treatment can be carried out with considerably saved energy as compared with conventional treatment with boiling water for a long time and superior corrosion resistance is attained after coating.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a composite substrate which is lightweight and inexpensive by forming an Ni-P film which is formed by electroless plating and has a thickness exceeding 5mum on a disk consisting of heat resistant plastic. CONSTITUTION:For example, a polyimide system, polyether imide system and polyether sulfur system are used as the heat resistant plastic. These plastics have good heat resistance and are, therefore, not deteriorated in properties by a heat treatment. The Ni-P film is formed by an electroless plating method on this disk because the use of an electroplating is not possible, as the plastics are not electrically conductive. Since this electroless Ni-P film has usually >=400Hv hardness, the film greatly improves the substrate strength and, therefore, the damage of a medium by contact of a magnetic head and magnetic disk is prevented. The lightweight and inexpensive composite substrate for the magnetic disk is thus obtd.
