    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric double layer capacitor device that enables prevention of the occurrence of wasteful power loss and that is low-cost, when obtaining the balance of the voltages between the terminals of a plurality of the electric double-layer capacitors connected in series. SOLUTION: This electric double-layer capacitor device comprises a plurality of the electric double-layer capacitors (10-1, 10-2, etc.), connected in series, a plurality of current control means (12-1, 12-2, etc.), that are connected in parallel to each of a plurality of the capacitors for controlling the discharge state of each capacitor, and a plurality of voltage-comparing means (16-1, 16-2, etc.), that compare the voltages between the terminals of each capacitor with a set voltage. The device also has a control means 30, that controls a plurality of the current control means, based on the comparison output of a plurality of the voltage-comparing means, in such a way as to make the voltages between the terminals of each capacitor balanced. The control means stops the control operation of the current control means, when the capacitors are charged.

    • PURPOSE:To improve fatigue resistance by using a specified sintered material as the lead bronze bearing alloy layer of a plain bearing of three-layer structure consisting of a steel back plate, the lead bronze bearing alloy layer, and a lead alloy overlay, and specifying the refining ratio and Vickers hardness of the Pb phase dispersed in the layer section tissue.
