    • PURPOSE:To prevent a blood image classification becoming impossible state due to the insufficient quantity of light, by confirming the quantity of light by an image sensor and supplying a necessary amount of lens oil if the quantity of light is insufficient until the quantity of light becomes a definite level. CONSTITUTION:A squeeze pump 1 feeds lens oil 3 between oil-immersion lenses by squeezing a tube 4. Sample glass 7 stands by at a position (c) at first and, after the oil 3 is fed between the oil-immersion lenses by the pump 1, the light emitted from a light source 10 reaches an image sensor 6 by mirrors 5a, 5b. The quantity of said light appears as a high level like a normal quantity-of-light wave form (a) if the amount of the lens oil 3 is proper and the feed operation of the lens oil is finished. However, when said quantity of light is in a low level state like an abnormal quantity-of-light wave form (b), the pump 1 is operated so as to obtain the wave form (a) to further supply the oil 3. The glass 7 present at the position (c) is moved to a lens position in the state made measurable by this method to start classification.

    • PURPOSE:To measure efficiently and continuously many samples by a simple constitution, by providing a means for inserting and holding the sample by the reverse side of a placing base by using it together with a means for bringing a slide sample to vacuum suction to the placing base. CONSTITUTION:On the reverse side of two pieces of placing bases 6 of an X-Y stage 2, a suction hole for sucking a slide sample 28 is provided, and also, a sample holder 17 for inserting and holding, and holding down the sample 28 from the reverse side is provided, and energized upward by a spring 21. At the time of replacing the sample, when a vacuum is released, a solenoid 14 turns, a push plate 15 descends through arms 11, 12, and the sample is dropped down by pushing up said sample holder 17. Subsequently, the sample is replaced with a new sample, and a vacuum sucker and the holder 17 move upward. Therefore, an operation failure caused by dust on the sample and a distortion, etc. is eliminated, and the measurement can be executed efficiently and continuously.

CONSTITUTION:The comparing electrode cell 1 of an apparatus for chemically measuring the electrolyte in a liquid is constituted of an insulating material and an internal electrode 2 is inserted in an internal liquid flow passage 6 communicated with an internal liquid injection port 4 and the leading end part thereof is contacted with the internal liquid. A common electrode 3 is constituted of platinum and the leading end conductor part thereof is formed into a cylindrical shape so as to cover the whole of the liquid communication part of the confluent point 7 of the internal liquid from the injection port 4 and the liquid specimen from a liquid specimen injection port 5. A common electrode lead wire 8 is arranged to said electrode 3 and an ion electrode 10 is inserted in the liquid specimen flow passage 11 of an electrode cell 9. Then, the potential between the liquid specimen and the internal liquid is perfectly brought to earth potential and the reception of the effect due to a confluent state is eliminated and stable reference potential is imparted to enable highly accurate measurement.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the easy sealing of the fractionating opening of a reagent bottle without any complicated mechanism, by placing a reagent storage cover with its one surface inward so as to form a large gap between the reagent bottle fractionating opening and the cover surface and placing the cover with the other surface inward so as to press a packing material against the bottle fractionating opening.
      SOLUTION: Handles 70a are installed to both surfaces of a reagent storage cover 70 so that the placing and removing of the cover 70 may be easily performed with either surface turned upward. In addition, a packing material 71 formed of an elastic body such as polyethylene foam is fixed on one surface of the cover 70. When the cover 70 is placed on a reagent storage 22 with the packing material 71 upward, a bottle fractionating opening 21a is distanced from a cover surface 70c, and a reagent table 20 can be freely rotated. When the cover 70 is placed with the packing material 71 downward on the other hand, the packing material 71 blocks the fractionating opening 21a. Therefore, by turning the packing material 71 upward at the time of using a device and turning downward at the time of not using it for a long time, it is possible to block a plurality of fractionating openings 21a simultaneously.
