摘要： PURPOSE:To improve an accuracy in measuring unevenness of a substrate to form heating resistors with a small variation in resistance value in a delivery- system thick-film thermal head printing device. CONSTITUTION:A substrate unevenness measuring system for measuring unevenness of a substrate consists of a lever 15 provided with a contact piece 18 coming into contact with the surface of the substrate and a displacement gauge contact part 22 brought into contact with a displacement gauge 4 through a detector 3. In this construction, the lever can magnify the unevenness of the substrate surface by a factor of L2/L1 and transmit the result to the displacement gause through a fulcrum 19. A syringe 2 containing a resistor paste 12 vertically moves in accordance with the measurement result of the substrate unevenness measuring system so that a gap between a nozzle 1 and the substrate 11 is always made constant. As a result, on the substrate 11, the resistor paste is formed into a strip-form pattern with a fixed film thickness and a fixed pattern width.

At this time, the shape of the power transmission mechanisms, e.g. gears, of both the devices 103, 106 are equal to that of the power transmission mechanisms of the supply part drive power transmission part 102a, a supply part non-drive power transmission part 102b, the take-up part drive power transmission part 105a, and a take-up part non-drive power transmission part 105b.
