摘要： PURPOSE:To form a pipe soil concrete pile familiarly combinable with surrounding soil by a method in which excavated soil and an improving agent are mixed together, and then a thin-thickness pipe is inserted into an excavated pit and then solidified. CONSTITUTION:An excavation shaft 1 with an excavating blade 2 and a stirring blade 3 is advanced while being turned until the excavation is advanced to a given depth. And, during the excavation or drawing period, an improving agent, e.g., cement milk, is grouted through a fluid pathway provided in the hollow of the excavation shaft 1. After the soil and the improving agent are mixed together, the excavation shaft 1 is drawn out, and before soil concrete pile is solidified, a small-diameter, thin-thick hollow pipe 4 is inserted into the soil concrete.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor constructing apparatus for use in construction of an anchor, which can prevent collapse, etc., of a holed wall drilled according to a general drilling method, can efficiently discharge excavated muck even in hard ground, in ground having boulders mixed therein, or the like, thereby carrying out efficient drilling, and achieves setting of an anchor core member concurrently with the drilling, thereby reducing the number of working steps, and to provide an anchor constructing method using the apparatus. SOLUTION: According to the anchor constructing apparatus, a hollow excavating rod 2 having an excavating bit 3 at its tip and spiral projections 4 on its periphery along its rod axial direction, is provided, and the anchor core member 5 is mounted in the excavating rod 2 by penetrating the bit and the rod. Then, a stopper 12 at the tip of the anchor core member is engaged with a front end surface of the bit, and the ground is drilled by rotating or rotatively driving the excavating rod 2 while drilling liquid W is injected through injection holes 6 and 8 of the rod and the bit, respectively, as needed. When the excavating rod 2 proceeds to a predetermined location, a hardening liquid C is injected through the injection holes, and the excavating rod 2 is pulled out while being rotated, rotatively driven, driven, or without rotation of the same. Thus, the anchor core member 5 is left as it is, to thereby construct the anchor.

In this case, the height from the tips of the soil-cement column bodies 1 to the road paved surface is to be 4m or more. The plane layout of the soil-cement column bodies 1 is to be of grated shape, and it is desirable that the spacing of grating is not more than twice the height from the upper ends of the soil-cement column bodies 1 to the road paved surface. Settlement due to consolidation caused by dynamic load is thereby suppressed in spite of the small improved area of the deep layer ground, and a road can be constructed efficiently at a low construction cost.

Then, the soil improver to be injected is replaced by in-site soil conveyed to the ground with the rotary drawing of the screw auger 1, and columnar improvement bodies are formed in the drilling hole. Successively, the columnar improvement bodies are lapped and joined together to construct a soil improvement body improving the deep soil of the whole improved soil. In addition, the chaff on a lapping alignment face is put between improvement bodies constructed through not simultaneously, and lap joint sections are firmly jointed.
