摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of crosslinking a rubber component in a high degree, easy in melt forming and exhibiting excellent tensile properties, etc., by kinetically crosslinking a fluorine rubber with a fluorine resin using a specific crosslinking agent. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by crosslinking at least a part of the following component A of a thermoplastic elastomer composed mainly of (A) 90-10 pts.wt. of (non)-crosslinked fluorine rubber and (B) 10-90 pts.wt. of a melt-processable fluorine resin using (C) a polyamine (preferably, an aromatic polyamine, e.g. p-phenylene diamine). Further it is preferably that the crosslinbking in the composition is performed in a thermoplastic elastomer prepared by compounding 90-10 pts.wt. of the component A and 10-90 pts.wt. of the component B with (D) tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene/vinylidene fluoride three-dimensional copolymer having a specific gravity of >=1.90 in an amount of 0.05-30.0 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the total of the component A and B. Thus, a fluorine rubber component is highly crosslinked and excellently dispersed.

A primer layer 3 is formed on at least either of the surfaces of a metal sheet 1 optionally provided with a formation layer 2 by applying a primer based on a phenolic resin and the above rubber composition is applied thereto and vulcanized and backed to form a rubber layer 4 of a thickness of 10-300mum and a nonadhesive layer 5 is optionally formed on the rubber layer 4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a joint sheet having equivalent physical properties to an asbestos joint sheet, by a method wherein at least two kinds of chopped state fibers selected out of the fibers other than the asbestos are mixed up with each other, which is premolded by a roll after the same has been mixed up with rubber chemical and a filling material by making use of rubber, which is obtained by dissolving the same into an organic solvent, as a binding agent and then molded through hot pressing. CONSTITUTION:A first fiber group is composed of a glass fiber, a ceramic fiber, rock wool, slag wool, wollastonite and potassium titanic acid which are comparatively rigid fiber. A second fiber groups is composed of a polyamide series fiber, polyester series fiber, a polyacrylonitrile series fiber, phenolic fiber and carbon fiber which are comparatively soft fiber. A mixture obtained by mixing up with each other the first and second fiber groups, at least two kinds of chopped state fibers obtained by combining through respective selection only out of the second fiber group, natural or synthetic rubber, chemical and filling agent is made into a premolded sheet by loading the same between a normal temperature or hot roll. The premolded sheet is made into a product by applying not pressing to the same. It is desirable to use a unit fiber whose mean diameter of an extent of 0.1-50mu and the length of an extent of 0.1-10mm.
