    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for a coating of a curing type solvent-based soft feeling coating capable of obtaining a soft touch feeling even by using a normal coating method or film thickness, and a coating and coated film by using such the material. SOLUTION: This material for the curing type solvent-based soft feeling coating is provided by comprising a lipophilic polyrotaxane having a ring molecule, a straight chain molecule and blocking groups, wherein, the straight chain molecule and ring molecule each has a hydrophobic modifying group. The inclusion amount of the ring molecule is 0.06-0.61. The molecular weight of the straight chain molecule is 1,000-100,000. The curing type solvent-based soft feeling coating is obtained by using the material for the curing type solvent-based soft feeling coating. The solvent-based clear coated film is obtained by solidifying the curing type solvent-based soft feeling coating.       SOLUTION: The material for the curable solvent-based clear coating comprises a lipophilic polyrotaxane that comprises a ring molecule, a linear molecule including the cyclic molecule and blocking groups arranged at the both ends of the linear molecule, where the linear molecule and the cyclic molecule bear a hydrophobic modifying group. The amount of the included ring molecule is 0.06-0.61. The molecular weight of the linear molecule is 1,000-35,000. The curable solvent-based clear coating is obtained by using the material for the curable solvent-based clear coating. The solvent-based clear coating film is obtained by solidifying the curable solvent-based clear coating. A laminated coating film is obtained by sequentially forming a basecoat coating film and the clear coating film on an item to be coated.

The solvent-based final coating-coated film is obtained by solidifying the curing type solvent-based top coating. The laminated coated film is obtained by sequentially forming a base coat-coated film and a clear coated film by using the solvent-based top coating on a material.
