    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make vertically and horizontally compact and to prevent the moisture of the rice grains of a rice storage tank by forming a recess at the barrel part of the rice storage tank, making the upper part of a rice washing tank enter and independently sectioning respective tank parts. SOLUTION: This rice washing device 2 is provided with the rice storage tank 8 and a rice washing tank 9, the rice in the rice storage tank 8 is measured and fed from the upper part to the rice washing tank 9 and the rice is washed by the rotating of an interpolated agitation body. For the rice storage tank 8, the recess 12 passed through the barrel part 11 in a vertical direction is formed on a front surface side, the upper part of the rice washing tank 9 is made to enter the recess 12 and the rice storage tank 8 and the rice washing tank 9 are parallelly provided in front and back in the state of independently sectioning the respective tank parts 11 and 13. The rice washing tank 9 is provided with the tank part 13 in a cylindrical shape, a funnel part 17 in a lower part tapered shape is provided from the middle of the barrel part and a cylindrical drain jacket 18 is successively provided on the lower part of the tunnel part 17. A rice discharge port is formed at the bottom of the drain jacket 18 and the rice discharge-port is made freely openable and closable by a rice discharge valve of a conical shape.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage caused by any impurity substance sandwiched between the peripheral edge of rice ejecting hole of a shutter and a rice washing tub by fixing a guide cylinder, with which rice ejected from the rice ejecting hole is guided, through a fixing means to the shutter. SOLUTION: A guide cylinder 32 almost coincidently communicated to a rice ejecting hole 28 is fixed onto the lower face of a shutter 10 by welding so as to be protruded downward, and an impurity substance is prevented from entering the rice ejecting hole 28 from the downside. A shutter cover 34 positioned above the shutter 10 is fixed on the lower end side of a cylinder part 12 in a rice washing tub 2 and the shutter 10 is formed for covering the upside of the rice ejecting hole 28 when this shutter is set at a position to close a rice ejecting opening 2a with a closing part 29, and a water discharge hole 30 is positioned corresponding to the rice ejecting opening 2a. Since the shutter cover 34 is provided for covering the upside of the rice ejecting hole 28 when the rice ejecting hole 28 is not positioned under the rice ejecting opening 2a, any impurity substance can be prevented from entering the rice ejecting hole 28 from the upside and a device can be prevented from being damaged by sandwiching any impurity substance between the peripheral edge of the rice ejecting hole 28 and the rice washing tub 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to easily dermine the number of rice cooking pots in which rice is washed by providing a part to indicate the number of rice cooking pots for which the cleaning of rice by a rice washer is scheduled, and variably indicating the remaining number of the rice cooking pots calculated by decrementing the number each time the cleaning of rice is completed. SOLUTION: A rice washer 4 is of a cylindrical shape and equipped with a rice discharging valve 11 and a rice washing means 12 which blows a jet water in, and a spout pipe 13 is installed upright around the cylindrical center. In addition, an inner pot 16 of a rice cooker is provided in a freely detachable manner below the rice washer 4, and the washed rice is received into the inner pot 16 filled with an appropriate amount of water. Next, this inner pot 16 is set in a commercial rice cooking device. The inner pot 16 is mounted on an inner pot table 51, which consists, for example, of three inner pot mounting parts 52, each of which receives the individual inner pot table 51. Further, a part to variably display the number of the pots for which rice is scheduled to be washed with the rice washer 4, is provided on a display control panel 7. Thus the part to variably display the number of the pots variably displays the decremental number of the pots each time the rice is washed with the rice washer 4.

    • PURPOSE: To surely convey the whole quantity of rice with no residual rice without containing dust or the like by using a stream conveying means as the means conveying the measured rice in a rice storage container to a container. CONSTITUTION: The rice of in a rice storage container 2 is measured and conveyed to a rice washing container 7, and the rice washed by the rice washing container 7 is fed to a pot 8 together with adjusted water in this industrial rice measuring/washing device. A stream conveying means 11, a rice washing means 12, and a water adjusting means 13 are branched from a base pipe 10 connected to a pressure water source, and a direction selector valve 14 capable of selectively switching the stream conveying means 11 and the rice washing means 12 is provided on a branch passage. When the selector valve 14 is switched to the stream conveying means 11, the rice stored at the lower section of a conveyance tank 5 is guided into the second pipe 16 via a receiving port 16A by the jet stream from a nozzle 15A and inserted into the rice washing container 7. The measured rice is conveyed by the stream, and the occurrence of residual rice in the pipe 16 or the like is prevented.
