CONSTITUTION:A solenoid bearing facing an object has a solenoid coil 3 wound on a core 2a, a control current is fed through this solenoid coil 3 in response to the change of displacement signals, thus supporting the object 1 with no contact. On he other hand, a high-frequency signal from a high-frequency oscillator 5 is fed in superimposition with the control current through this solenoid coil 3. Accordingly, the inductance change due to a gap between the object 1 and bearing 2 can be easily grasped by calculating the difference between the inductance change of the solenoid coil caused by the control current and the inductance change detected by the change of the high-frequency current.

    • PURPOSE:To attain good detection result in low - high frequency bands by attaining an angular position and the relation of signal periods in accordance with relations between plural signals and signals, which are different from these plural signals by 1/2 pitch, when a variation is large, that is, when these plural signals are generated from the same position. CONSTITUTION:A detector consists of a signal generating auxiliary part 2 provided on a revolving shaft 1, two signal generating parts 3 provided on the side of a still body, and an operation circuit part 4 which processes attained signals. Signals are attained successively from signal generating parts 3 in accordance with the rotation of the shaft 1. If a large variance consisting of an angular displacement exceeding one pitch occurs, two changes of the direction of the angular speed are generated in one period of the variance, and the same signals appear continuously near this change. Consequently, the phenomenon of this continuous appearance of the same signal conditions the inversion of the direction of the angular speed. The operation circuit part 4 has an angular speed direction discriminating circuit.

When the rotor 6 is rotated by a motor 16, the molecules of gas in an apparatus to be evacuated are moved from a suction port 1A to a delivery port 3A by the effects of rotor blades 5 and stator blades 4, arranged alternately, transferred with a high compression ratio and discharged out of the delivery port 3A. Titanium alloys or stainless steels are employed for the materials of the knietic blades 5 or the rotor 6 and rare earth elements series magnetic materials, capable of receiving the high-temperature treatment, are employed for the material of permanent magnet 9 thereby enabling to increase the degree of attained vacuum since the baking temperatures thereof may be increased to a high temperature.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a properly balanced state constantly in an elastic rotor to be driven nearly in or over a critical speed by analyzing vibration values at respective points on the basis of fixed deformation modes for providing balancing weights in accordance with these results. CONSTITUTION:When a rotor 11 is supported by three bearings 12, each bearing 12 is provided with a vibration displacement gauge 13 beside. Meanwhile, another vibration displacement gauge 13' is equipped near the belly of a sympathetic vibration mode not beside the bearing 12, and a tacho-pulse pickup 14 is provided on the shaft end. When the vibration mode is selected as phi in case bearing parts of the rotor 11 are supported by pins and deformation modes are selected as delta1-delta3 in case bearings 12 are opened respectively at one spot and given forced displacements there by certain amounts, vibrations at the rotation of the rotor 11 are analyzed by an analyzer 16 on the basis of these modes. Balancing weights 17 are provided on a modifying face to reduce vibrations of these components individually for obtaining a properly balanced state.
