The guide unites on the lower fixing block rotatably. The operating piece unites on the lower fixing block rotatably. The push stick unites with a front leading end of the operating piece.

    • PURPOSE: A fuel injection device with a reverse cylinder for a diesel engine is provided to accurately control fuel injection timing according to the reverse rotation of the engine as a swing arm moves from a front position to a rear position correspondently to the rotational direction of the engine. CONSTITUTION: A fuel injection device for a diesel engine comprises a reverse cylinder(50), a front stopper(70), and a rear stopper(80). The reverse cylinder is connected to an eccentric shaft(10), and vertically installed in a housing to rotate the eccentric shaft. The front and rear stoppers are installed in the housing. One end of the outer surface of the eccentric shaft contacts with the front stopper, and the other end contacts with the lower part of the rear stopper.

CONSTITUTION: A fuel injection pump(100) injects high pressure fuels by increasing the pressure of the fuels in a pressure part(30) by a plunger(20) moving inside a plunger barrel(10) A variable pressure part(50) of the fuel injection pump is connected to a top cover(40). A variable pressure chamber of the variable pressure part is connected to the pressure part by a pressure hole(60). A volume of a variable pressure chamber is controlled by a piston(55) operated by a variable cam(59).
