    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam turbine equipped with a turbine exhaust chamber which realizes speeding up of assemble and disassemble work while improving higher static pressure recovery force of a diffuser.
      SOLUTION: In the steam turbine, a turbine casing 20 is formed in the dual structure of an outer casing and an inner casing. A diffuser 29 configured by at least two of a chip flow guide 26, a route flow guide 27 and a bearing corn is provided to the outlet side of the inner casing. A turbine exhaust chamber 34 surrounded by the outer casing and the bearing corn 32 is provided to the outlet side of the diffuser 29. SOLUTION: This bearing manufacturing device 1 is provided with a pressure container 3 for cold isostatic press, a carrying mechanism 7 having a tray 12 for carrying in/out a washer 5, on which top surface resin powder 4 is arranged, into/from a pressurization forming range 6 inside of the pressure container 3, and a pressure-up pump 9 for raising pressure of a pressure medium filled range 8 inside of the pressure container 3. The pressure container 3 is divided into the pressure medium filled range 8 filled with the pressure medium 10 and the pressurization forming range 6 by an elastic partition film 11. The resin powder 4 on the washer 5 is pressed for solidification by the elastically deformed elastic partition film 11 to form a sliding layer 20. In this bearing manufacturing device 1, a process for sealing the whole of the washer 5 to prevent impregnation of the resin powder 4 with the pressure medium 10 is unnecessary, and the even forming pressure can be applied to the resin powder 4 by isotropic pressurization, and a bearing pad 20 having a sliding layer 20 formed at even forming density can be manufactured efficiently.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strand conductor for heat resistant insulated coils, a heat-resistant insulated coil and its manufacturing method which has high deterioration strength stable for a long time even in a high temperature atmosphere over 300 deg.C. SOLUTION: A first laminated mica tape wound layer 2 is wound without reinforcements to form a strand conductor 3 as a strand insulator on a coil conductor 1 surface, the strand conductor 3 is wound with a winder to form a coil component 4. An adhesive layer 5 is formed on the surface of the coil component 4 and molded. A second laminate mica tape wound layer 6 is formed as a main insulator on the molded component 4 surface and an insulation tape wound layer 7 made of a fiber base is formed on the wound layer 6 to form a heat-resistant insulated coil 8.
