      SOLUTION: An abrasion life evaluation device is equipped with a first memory part for storing a plurality of first abrasion data showing a change in the abrasion quantity of a base material with the elapse of time and a second memory part for storing second abrasion data showing the actually measured abrasion quantity of a predetermined base material to be evaluated and the correspondence data showing the corresponding relation of operation time, the abrasion speed of the base material, and a static strength parameter. The abrasion life of the predetermined base material is evaluated on the basis of the second abrasion data and the first abrasion data or the correspondence data.

Thereafter, the conductor is heated to bake the enamel coating material on the surface of the conductor, and this process is repeated for a plurality of times to form the coating.
