摘要： A frequency hopping pattern and a method for transmitting uplink signals using the same are disclosed. A frequency hopping pattern is defined by combination of subband hopping, which is performed over one or more subbands divided from a system band for transmission of the uplink signals, and mirroring where resource blocks within one subband are arranged reversely based on the center of the subband. Sequences as to whether to apply minoring and subband hopping amount are cell-specific random numbers, and are generated independently or in combination.

摘要： A signal adaptive filtering method for reducing blocking effect and ringing noise, a signal adaptive filter, and a computer readable medium. The signal adaptive filtering method capable of reducing blocking effect and ringing noise of image data when a frame is composed of blocks of a predetermined size includes the steps of: (a) generating blocking information for reducing the blocking effect and ringing information for reducing the ringing noise, from coefficients of predetermined pixels of the upper and left boundary regions of the data block when a frame obtained by deconstructing a bitstream image data for inverse quantization is an intraframe; and (b) adaptively filtering the image data passed through inverse quantization and inverse discrete cosine transform according to the generated blocking information and ringing information. Therefore, the blocking effect and ringing noise can be eliminated from the image restored from the block-based image, thereby enhancing the image restored from compression.

摘要： An adaptive signal filtering method is provided to reduce blocking effects caused by decompression the block-based compressed images. The method includes the steps of generating binary edge map information by globally thresholding and locally thresholding the decompressed image; determining whether the binary edge map information within a filter window corresponding to respective pixels corresponds to a homogeneous area or an edge area, by using the binary edge map information corresponding to the filter window; generating a filtered pixel value corresponding to a respective pixel using the filter window which has a predetermined first weight factors for the homogeneous area when the binary edge map information is determined to be a homogeneous area in the determining step; adapting a predetermined second weight factors according to binary edge map information included in the filter window when the binary edge map information determined as an edge area in the second step; and generating a filtered pixel value for the respective pixel, using the filter window which has adapted second weight factors in said adapting step.
