    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a diamond dresser capable of uniformly projecting a diamond grain in a short time.
      SOLUTION: An adhesive 22 is applied to an inner peripheral wall 21a of a mother die 21, and the diamond grain 13 is arranged at an interval in the circumferential direction and the axial direction on an inner peripheral wall of the mother die, and beads 23 having a grain size smaller than the diamond grain are arranged in respective spaces of these diamond grains, and metallic powder 25 is filled in a space part between the inner peripheral wall of the mother die and core metal 24, and an infiltration material 26 is set. Afterwards, a diamond sintered body 11 composed of the infiltration material and the metallic powder is manufactured by melting and permeating the infiltration material in a clearance of the metallic powder by heating the metallic powder and the infiltration material. Next, the diamond sintered body is taken out of the mother die, and afterwards, shot blast processing is applied to the periphery of the diamond sintered body, and the diamond grain is projected by a predetermined quantity on the outer periphery of the diamond sintered body by shaving off the beads.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel spindle device in a grinder, improved in productive efficiency without synergistically increasing fluctuation of dynamic pressure and grinding resistance between a workpiece and each of grinding wheels, and improved in working precision in assembling a plurality of the grinding wheels on the grinding surfaces of which inclined grooves are formed, on wheel spindles.
