The output of the means D is inputted to first and second current dividing means P and G. The output of the means E is inputted to third and fourth current dividing means H and I. The output current of the means H is inputted to a phase shift input terminal 6 of a phase shift means 2. The phase of a phase shift output terminal 7 of the means 2 is changed in proportion to the intensity of frequency modulation of the signal supplied to the terminal 6. Consequently, the signal of the terminal 7 is inputted to the control inputs of means F and G, and balanced demodulation output currents proportional to intensities of frequency modulation of signal sources 17 and 28 are obtained in the outputs of means F and G, and the demodulated signal voltage is obtained in a demodulation output terminal 10.

      CONSTITUTION: A limit FM signal 280 is fed to a delay circuit 282 comprising inverters of cascade connection, a phase shift of (2n+1)×90° is executed in a frequency of a carrier, its output 283 and the signal 280 are supplied to an LPF286 via an XOR gate 284 and an analog signal 288 is led out. An output signal 285 of the gate 284 has a duty cycle changed according to the relative phase between two input signals. The carrier is eliminated from the pulse width modulation signal and a demodulated analog signal is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a phase detecting circuit which increases extremely only the phase detection gain when the signal of a specific phase relation is supplied, by feeding the output voltage of one side of the phase detecting circuit back to a current source circuit after smoothing the output voltage and controlling the current value of said current source circuit. CONSTITUTION:The voltage of an output terminal 13 rises up when the signal having a certain phase difference is supplied to input terminals 14 and 15 respectively. Under such conditions, the voltage of an output terminal 12 drops. Then the voltage of a voltage source 33 is compared with the voltage of the terminal 12 by a feedback circuit consisting of transistors (TR) 28-31. Thus the collector current of a TR7 is reduced, and therefore the mutual conductance between TRs 5 and 6 is reduced. As a result, the phase detection gain is lowered. On the contrary, the voltage of the terminal 12 rises up when the signal having a phase relation in the direction where the voltage of the terminal 13 is reduced. Thus the collector current of the TR7 is increased to increase the mutual conductance between the TRs 5 and 6. Thus, the phase detection gain is increased.

    • PURPOSE:To attain the titled receiver suitable for miniaturization and circuit integration by using a local oscillator oscillated at a frequency the same as a line frequency so as to detect the in-phase and orthogonal components of a receiving signal thereby applying delay detection to the signal components. CONSTITUTION:A signal received on an antenna 1 is branched and inputted to phase detectors 2, 3. On the other hand, one output of the local oscillator 4 oscillated at the same frequency as the line frequency is inputted to the phase detector 3, where the in-phase component as that of the oscillated output from the receiving signal is detected. The other output of the local oscillator 4 is inputted to the phase detector 2 via a 90 deg. phase shifter 5, where the orthogonal component is detected. An output of LPFs 6, 7 is fed respectively to ALC amplifiers 8 and 9, and the amplifiers 8 and 9 make respective output voltages A, B constant independent of an input electric field. The output B of the amplifier 9 is delayed by a delay circuit 10 and the output of the delay circuit 10 is multiplied with the output A by a multiplication circuit 11. Further, an output D of the multiplication circuit 11 is outputted to an output terminal 13 via an LPF12.
