摘要： The invention relates to a transmission device (1) for distributing an input torque to at least two output shafts (7, 8), comprising at least two planetary gear sets (2, 3), each containing at least three shafts. One respective shaft (4 or 5) of a planetary gear set (2 or 3) is connected to an input shaft (6) and a respective second shaft of a planetary gear set (2 or 3) constitutes an output shaft (7 or 8). In addition, a respective third shaft (9, 10) of the planetary gear set (2, 3) interacts with a brake in such a way that the distribution degree of the input torque varies between the two output shafts (7, 8), depending on the transmission capabilities of the brakes. The invention also relates to a method for controlling and regulating the inventive transmission device. According to said method, to distribute an input torque of a drive engine between the two output shafts (7, 8) of the transmission device, the transmission capabilities of the two brakes are set in such a way that one brake has a synchronous state and the transmission capability of the other brake varies between a lower limiting value and an upper limiting value, the latter corresponding to an engaged state of the brakes.
