摘要： A method of measuring a pH of a solution includes: emitting light beams of two wavelengths from one side of a measuring region of a solution into which an indicator is mixed, while pulsating the solution in the measuring region; receiving at least one of transmitted light beams and reflected light beams of the emitted light beams on the other side of the measuring region, while pulsating the solution in the measuring region; obtaining absorbances of the two wavelengths based on the received at least one of the transmitted light beams and the reflected light beams; obtaining an absorbance ratio from the obtained absorbances; and calculating a pH value of the solution based on the obtained absorbance ratio and an absorbance ratio/pH value correspondence database which is previously stored.

摘要： The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sheet binding processing apparatus capable of promptly performing a binding process for binding a sheet bundle set at a manual setting portion and a sheet bundle set at a processing tray. The present invention comprises a sheet binding processing apparatus including a processing tray on which introduced sheets are stacked into a bundle shape, a manual tray at which a sheet bundle is set from the outside of the apparatus, a binding device which performs a binding process on the sheet bundle stacked on the processing tray and the sheet bundle set at the manual tray, a moving portion which moves the binding device to a first binding position for performing the binding process on the sheet bundle stacked on the processing tray and a second binding position for performing the binding process on the sheet bundle set at the manual tray, and a controller which causes the binding device, in a case that the binding process is not performed on the sheet bundle stacked on the processing tray, to wait due to the moving portion at the second binding position side as being at the outside of a sheet introducing area where sheets are introduced to the processing tray.

The second unit and the third unit are capable of being pulled out in the sheet carrying-out direction with respect to the first unit by releasing the first coupling device. 摘要： Provided are a cell sheet and a three-dimensional structure thereof that include at least mesenchymal stem cells and myoblasts isolated from a cell culture support and that are to be applied to heart disease. Use of the cell sheet and the three-dimensional structure thereof including mesenchymal stem cells and myoblasts can notably improve cardiac functions compared with a conventional technology, i.e., use of cell sheets composed of myoblasts only or mesenchymal stem cells only. Furthermore, the cell sheet itself has high strength, and the transplantation procedure is also improved.
