摘要： There is described a reactor for entrained flow gasification for operation with dust-type or liquid fuels, wherein a number of gasification burners are disposed away from the reactor axis, with the center line of a gasification burner having an oblique position that is other than parallel to the reactor axis, it being possible for said oblique position to extend at different angles up to an angle of 90°. The center line does not necessarily have to intersect the reactor axis; rather the center line can pass the reactor axis at a predetermined distance. This arrangement is associated with a significant reduction in the unwanted discharge of dust-type fine slag, which is difficult to utilize, in conjunction with the possibility of reducing the reactor diameter due to its structure.

摘要： An apparatus for constant feeding of pulverized fuels at ambient or elevated pressure having a fixed restrictor device in the pulverized fuel conveyor line connecting a metering vessel to a pulverized fuel consumer is provided. The restrictor device effects a compensation and also attenuation of pressure fluctuations such as occur in the pulverized fuel conveyor line, in particular during operations to replenish the metering vessel. Special embodiments relate to a further equalization by means of injections of auxiliary gas into the pulverized fuel conveyor line.

摘要： A method and device for cooling hot crude gas and slag from entrained flow gasification of liquid and solid combustibles at crude gas temperatures ranging from 1,200 to 1,800° C. and at pressures of up to 80 bar in a cooling chamber disposed downstream of the gasification reactor by injecting water. The cooling water is distributed, with a first portion being finely dispersed into to cooling chamber and a second portion being fed at the bottom into an annular gap provided between the pressure-carrying tank wall and an incorporated metal apron for protecting said pressure-carrying tank wall. The second portion of the cooling water flows upward in the annular gap and trickles down the inner side of the metal apron in the form of a water film.

摘要： While ensuring technical safety and a short start-up time the invention permits the operation of autothermic partial oxidation of fuels processed into pulverized fuel such as lignite and bituminous coals, petroleum cokes, solid grindable carbon-containing residues, as well as solid-liquid suspensions or slurries, with a gasification agent containing oxygen at operating pressures of up to 8 MPa (80 bar). The selective configuration of the fail-safe monitoring of the gasification process only the supply of the main fuel is cut off. Through the continued operation of the pilot and ignition burner the reactor is kept at operating pressure and after the fault has been rectified fuel gasification can be restarted with the pilot and ignition burner without a complicated placement and pulling of a starter burner and subsequent pressurization of the reactors.

摘要： A powder injection system for use in pulverized coal gasification under pressure is provided. The powder injection system includes a reservoir for stocking the pulverized coal, a plurality of power injection tubes and a metering unit. A mixture of nitrogen and carbon dioxide is fed to the components that are at operating pressure, namely the powder injection tube and the metering unit, as the inerting and flow medium or fluidizing medium. The nitrogen and carbon dioxide mixture-carrying components are heated in such a manner that the temperature is above the threshold of the diphase range. A method is also provided. The method allows reduction of the nitrogen content in the product gas, which nitrogen is caused by the powder injection system, especially when used in pulverized coal gasification under pressure to produce a synthesis gas for the production of different hydrocarbons.

The ignition and pilot burner is ignited, substoichiometrically with fuel gas and a gasifier containing free oxygen. The reactor is brought to the pressure intended and a flow of a fuel gas is supplied with a partial flow of the gasification agent at a substoichiometric ratio through the fuel lines leading to the fuel burner and ignited by the flame of the ignition and pilot burner with a partial flow of the gasification agent. Next, the pulverized fuel is supplied together with a further oxygen-containing gasifying agent through the supply lines to the pulverized fuel burner and is ignited by the flame of the ignition and pilot burner and by the fuel gas flames of the combustible gas generated at the pulverized fuel burner.

摘要： A device for utilizing combustion, residual and waste materials containing carbon and ash by gasification with an oxygen-containing oxidizing agent at temperatures above the melting point of the inorganic parts in a reaction chamber and at a pressure between ambient pressure and 60 bar. The reaction chamber contour is formed in part by a refractory-grade lining and in part by a cooling system comprising cooling coils connected in a gas-tight manner. The coils are coated with a thin layer of a ceramic mass that conducts heat well on a side facing the reaction chamber. The cooling coils are operated, while being cooled by pressurized water, below or above the boiling point of the cooling water.
