摘要： A particulate feed arrangement used in pulverized coal gasification under pressure is provided. The arrangement includes a reservoir for stocking the pulverized coal, a plurality of powder injection tubes, and a metering unit. Pure carbon dioxide is fed to the components that are at operating pressure, namely the power injection tube and the metering unit, as the inerting and flow medium or fluidizing medium. The carbon dioxide-carrying components are heated in such a manner that the temperature is above the threshold of the diphase range. A method is also provided. The method allows elimination of any nitrogen in the product gas, which nitrogen is caused by the powder injection system, especially when used in pulverized coal gasification under pressure to produce a synthesis gas for the production of different hydrocarbons.

The dust delivery line may be connected from a metering vessel to a calibration line leading to the input sluice in the delivery direction downstream of the installed dust load flow measuring device instead of to the gasification reactor. The input sluice is provided with a weighing unit such that the weight of the content of the input sluice is determined. A differential pressure that may be set is controlled between the metering vessel and the input sluice, the dust load flow is determined in a time interval.

摘要： A powder injection system for use in pulverized coal gasification under pressure is provided. The powder injection system includes a reservoir for stocking the pulverized coal, a plurality of power injection tubes and a metering unit. A mixture of nitrogen and carbon dioxide is fed to the components that are at operating pressure, namely the powder injection tube and the metering unit, as the inerting and flow medium or fluidizing medium. The nitrogen and carbon dioxide mixture-carrying components are heated in such a manner that the temperature is above the threshold of the diphase range. A method is also provided. The method allows reduction of the nitrogen content in the product gas, which nitrogen is caused by the powder injection system, especially when used in pulverized coal gasification under pressure to produce a synthesis gas for the production of different hydrocarbons.

The diaphragm pump includes a storage hopper which is subjected to inert gas at ambient pressure and which serves for the storage of the dust. A sluicing vessel is provided which is connected via an inlet in the upper region, via a shut-off fitting and via a dust supply line to the dust store of the storage hopper, and is connected via an outlet in the lower region and via a shut-off fitting to a high-pressure device. A diaphragm is mounted in the sluicing vessel. An expansion line is provided, one end of which is connected via a filter element to the sluicing vessel and into which a shut-off fitting is incorporated. The diaphragm pump includes charging line which is connected via a filter element and via a shut-off fitting to the sluicing vessel.

摘要： A method and device for metering and feeding pulverized fuels under pressure into gasification reactors, with the pulverized fuel being supplied alternately from an operational bunker through pressurized sluices to a metering tank, in the bottom of which a dense fluidized bed is formed by introducing fluidizing gas through a turbulence plate, with transport pipes immersed in the fluidized bed horizontally or vertically, by which the fluidized fuel is fed continuously through burners to a pressurized gasification reactor. By feeding in auxiliary gas in the immediate vicinity of the transport line inlet into the metering tank or the transport lines, the pressure differential between the metering tank and the gasification reactor is controlled and is utilized as a control parameter for pulverized fuel transport.
