    • A DC-DC converter apparatus includes a main converter section, a main control section, a supplemental power supply section, a signal processing section and a supplemental control section. The main converter section converts a D.C. input into an adequate D.C. output and supplies the converted D.C. output to a load. The supplemental power supply section supplies operating electric power to the main converter section and main control section of the DC-DC converter apparatus. The supplemental control section controls the operative or non-operative state of the supplemental power supply section based on a signal from the signal processing section. The main control section controls the operative or non-operative state of the main converter section in response to the operation of the supplemental power supply section.

    • An actuator control system for an internal combustion engine idling speed governor mounted on a vehicle includes an actuator for actuating a throttle valve, an ignition switch for producing an ignition turning off signal, an engine speed signal generating circuit, an engine speed increasing signal generating circuit, an engine speed decreasing signal generating circuit, an actuator control circuit for operating the actuator in opposite direction in accordance with engine speed increasing and decreasing signals. A time lag signal generating circuit is provided to be responsive to said ignition turning off signal to generate a signal after a predetermined time. A logic gate is provided to be responsive to the ignition turning off signal for operating the actuator control circuit so as to close the throttle valve from the idling open position to the closed position. Another logic gate is provided to be responsive to the time lag signal for operating the actuator control circuit so as to open the throttle valve from the closed position to the idling open position.

    • An engine idling speed control system for an internal combustion engine comprising an actuator for actuating a throttle valve for increasing and decreasing the idling speed, an engine speed signal generating circuit, an engine speed increasing signal generating circuit and an engine speed decreasing signal generating circuit, a vehicle speed signal generating circuit, an idling signal generating circuit for generating an idling signal in the idling operation of the engine, and an actuator control circuit for operating the actuator in opposite directions in accordance with engine speed increasing and decreasing signals. A time lag signal generating circuit is provided to be responsive to the engine speed signal and to the idling signal for producing a time lag signal. The time lag signal generating circuit is so arranged that duration of the time lag signal increases with the increase of the engine speed. A logic gate means is provided to be operated by the vehicle speed signal, idling signal and time lag signal for enabling the engine speed increasing and decreasing signals after the duration of the time lag signal.
