    • PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a costly polishing material having a polishing effect by subjecting a mixture composed of milled rice grains and the polishing material to loaded polishing in the inside between a rice polishing roll and a rice polishing cylinder enclosing the outer side thereof to beautifully finish the mixture, separating the milled rice grains and the polishing material after the polishing in a separating section, returning the separated polishing to a head section and reutilizing the material. CONSTITUTION:A mixing section 2 is formed of cross axial grain feed spirals 3 capable of mixing the milled rice grains and the polishing material and a grain feed cylinder 4 provided with an agitating and supplying tank 7 in the upper part enclosing these spirals. This rice polishing device is provided with a rice polishing section 13 which consists of grain feed spirals 14, the rice polishing roll 15 at the front thereof, a grain feed cylinder 16 enclosing the outer periphery of the grain feed spirals 14, a rice polishing cylinder 17 enclosing the outer periphery of the rice polishing roll 15 and a resistor 19 disposed at the discharge port 18 of the rice polishing cylinder 17 and mixes and agitates the mixture composed of the milled rice grains and polishing material discharged from the terminal part 5 of the grain feed cylinder 4. Further, the device is provided with a separating section 22 which consists of grain feed spirals 23, a separating cylinder 24 and air blowing nozzle 25 and separates the mixture discharged from the grain polishing cylinder 17. The polishing materials separated in this separating section 22 is returned by a circulating path 30 and is reutilized.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the steering device of a one-man electric vehicle or the like by performing a bias traveling and a turning traveling similarly to the walking of a person by a front and a rear axle to which driving mechanisms such as steering motors arranged in the front and rear, respectively, and which are linked to normal and reverse proportional driven control link and laterally turned by a desired angle proportionally or reverse proportionally. SOLUTION: In this device, each of front and rear links 16, 17 is locked to a linkage plate 15 when a link operating handle is turned left, the linkage plate 15 is made free to a frame, and the front and rear axles 2, 3 are proportionally rotated through front half and rear half linkage rods 20, 21 and the linkage plate 15. When the link operating handle is turned right, the front and rear links 16, 17 are made free from the linkage plate 15, the linkage plate 15 is locked to the frame, and the rotation of the front and rear links 16, 17 for rotating the front and rear axles 2, 3 to a reverse angle through front and rear reverse angle proportional links 23, 24 are transmitted to the front half and rear half linkage rods 20, 21 to proportionally rotate the front and rear axles to the reverse angle, whereby a vehicle can be freely turned and traveled similar to the walk of a person.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a drying and moisture-controlling powdery agent capable of improving the defects of conventional drying and moisture-controlling methods where warm air is used for long time, because rise and cereals have respectively different properties, are different in water contents due to their kinds, harvest times, harvest methods, etc., have water contents unsuitable for storage and transportation in many cases, and therefore require treatments for adjusting the moisture to a state suitable for the storage and transportation, wherein the defects of the conventional methods comprise the deterioration in the flavors, tastes, etc., of the rice and the cereals due to the temperature and flow of the warm air. SOLUTION: This drying and moisture-controlling powdery agent only for rice and cereals is produced by kneading starch as a main raw material with water and an vegetable oil, converting the kneaded starch into α-starch, drying the treated mixture and subsequently finely grinding the dried product. The obtained drying the moisture-controlling agent is extremely rapid in the absorption of water, can release water, does not adhere to the surfaces of the rice and cereals, can easily be separated from the rice and the cereals, can repeatedly be used, when used under sufficiently controlled states, and does not cause the generation of a lingering scent, because the main raw material is the α-starch.
