    • A position measuring device includes a plurality of concave marks, a light source portion, a light receiving portion, and a concave portion measuring portion. The concave marks are formed on an external wall of an object to be a measuring target. Each of the plurality of the concave marks includes a plurality of concave portions disposed on a concentric circle with a preset concave mark central position to be a center of the concentric circle. The concave portions are provided so that densities of the concave portions become lower as distances from the concave mark central position become longer in each of the concave marks. The light source portion irradiates the object with an irradiating light. The light receiving portion receives a reflected light from the object, the refracted light being originated from the irradiating light. The concave portion measuring portion measures each three-dimensional position of the concave marks.

    • An assembly inspection apparatus includes a marker having four or more unit pattern marks which are provided, at a predetermined positional relationship, in a portion of an assembly component to be put into a receiving assembly component and which are formed in such a way that a density pattern sequentially changes from a center position to a periphery of the pattern mark; an imaging tool that is disposed opposite the assembly component put into the receiving assembly component and that captures an image of the marker; a layout information recognition block that recognizes layout information about a position and an attitude of the assembly component put into the receiving assembly component by use of at least imaging information about the marker whose image has been captured by the imaging tool; and an assembly inspection block that inspects whether or not a superior assembly state is achieved.

    • An object of the present invention is to clear a jammed tablet in a medicine feeder upon detection thereof, through improvements on a drive unit so that reverse rotation of a rotor can be achieved without driving a motor in reverse rotating direction, i.e., while the motor is in normal rotation setting. A medicine feeder's drive unit includes a drive motor, a gear transmission device, an output shaft and a switcher. The gear transmission device is constituted by a normal-rotation transmission path and a reverse-rotation transmission path provided between a motor shaft of the drive motor and the output shaft. The switcher selects one of the transmission paths for output of driving power from the drive motor.

    • An ampule separator which can efficiently cut off ampules from a strip of series-connected plastic ampules. A strip of series-connected plastic ampule is put in a stocker having an outlet at its bottom, with the individual ampules arranged horizontally. A pair of horizontally arranged rotors are provided under the outlet of the stocker. Each rotor is formed, in its outer peripheral surface, with a groove in which the body of a plastic ampule can be partially received. As the rotors are rotated, the lowermost one of the plastic ampules is received in the grooves. As the rotors are rotated further, the ampule in the grooves is pushed down and cut off along a cutoff line formed between this and the immediately upper ampules by the rear edges of the grooves, with the upper ampules supported on cylindrical outer surfaces of the rotors.

    • Powder (b) cut and attached to tablet pieces (T1, T2) can be removed smoothly. A tablet dividing feeder (A1) cuts and divides a tablet (T) in a receiving pocket into two halves with a fixed blade as a rotor rotates. Powder removing plates (64a, 64b, 66) are installed in a tablet supplying passage (14) of the feeder. The powder removing plate (64b) is vibrated by a vibration motor (71) to peel the powder (b) attached to the tablet on the powder removing plate and drop the powder (b) from a slit (a). The peeling operation is performed by temporarily leaving the tablet pieces (T1, T2) between the powder removing plates (64a, 64b). The powder removing plate (64b) is fluctuated by a plunger, and the tablet pieces may be left and dropped due to the fluctuation. The tablet piece drops along the powder removing plate (66), and the attached powder is peeled to be guided to a packaging process through a supply opening (90).
