The heated object is supported floating from the bottom face of the heating chamber 20 by a rack 22. The steam is blown from the side blow holes 46 to the lower side of the heated object 90. When a block plate 60 is set on the rack 22, the side blow holes 46 are blocked by ear portions 61 of the block plate 60 and the blow of the steam is concentrated on the upper blow hole 43.
