摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to evaluate practical creep characteristics by applying a load on a test piece which is mounted on a wide chuck with a hydraulic cylinder, thereafter applying a specified fluctuating load, and measuring the displacement of the test piece. CONSTITUTION:A wide sample 4 can be mounted in a constant temperature oven 1 wherein the temperature can be controlled with a heater 3 having a fan for setting the temperature. A wide chuck 5 having the waveform cross section without slipping is provided. The chuck 5 is linked to a load gage 7 and a hydraulic cylinder 8 with a stainless steal rod 6. Under the state wherein expansion and compression are not loaded, a displacement gage 9 which is fixed to the side, surface of the rod 6 is initially set at zero. Then, a static load and a fluctuating load are loaded on the sample 4 from a signal generator 10 through the cylinder 8. Thus, the static load and the fluctuation load are loaded on the sample 4 under the specified temperature conditions. The displacements are continuously measured with the displacement gage 9 and recorded in an external recorder. Therefore, the creep tests in conformity with the practical state can be performed.

As a result, the layer is composed of the water-proof layer for the purpose of water-proofing and the metal foil for the purpose of weed-proofing, and so not only each one is mutually complemented, but water-proof and weed-proof performance can be extremely improved by synergistic effect.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generated heat from being accumulated in an elastic material, by arranging a heat radiating material by an elastic body therein, and bringing an end part of the radiating elastic material into contact with a wheel plate and a tire. SOLUTION: A hole 6 is provided to be inserted in an elastic material 5 with a desired space radially in a direction of an axle 1. A radiating material is only required to be an elastic body having good heat conductivity. A contact area in the periphery of the radiating material is preferably as wide as possible in an internal peripheral surface of the hole 6, and shape of a section is preferably an ellipse or rectangle. The radiating material thus formed is mounted in such a state of fitting to the internal peripheral surface of the hole 6, and a contact part is formed to make one end of the radiating material about on a wheel plate 2 and the other end about on a tire 3, respectively. In this constitution thus formed, friction heat generated when a brake is applied and heat generated when a vehicle overload repeatedly acts during running are transmitted to the wheel plate 2 and the tire 3 abutting in the contact part through the radiating material, thereby the heat can be prevented from being accumulated in the elastic material 5.

For installing the strut 1, when the strut 1 receives a force from a specified direction, the installing direction of the foundation body 2 is set such that a low lamination density flexible part 5 is positioned for the strut 1 to be inclined by its force. Thus, by using a foundation body for a strut to be inclined by the load from a certain direction, a durable and safe supporting foundation is provided.
