摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance heating efficiency and the performance of temp. rise and to make a constitution simple and to make the apparatus miniature and lightweight by constituting a heating source of the surface combustion burners which have the burner plates made of a sintered fiber plate having high porosity. CONSTITUTION:The gaseous mixture of gas and air is supplied by a gas supplying device 1. Further the gaseous mixture introduced from the device 1 is rectified in a plurality of surface combustion burners 2 and uniformly ejected from the whole surface. The burner plates 9 made of a sintered fiber plate described hereunder are provided. The porosity not less than at least 80% is preset to the sintered fiber plate. The burner plates 9 are splittably arranged around an object 3 (e.g. steel pipe) to be heated. As a result, heating efficiency and the performance of temp. rise are enhanced and a constitution is made simple and the apparatus can be made miniature and lightweight. Flexibility of work in a field is enhanced and also equipment and running costs one reduced.

SOLUTION: The system for treating the refuse unsuitable for combustion is provided with a means (33a) receiving information, including the weight and the component ratio of the refuse unsuitable for combustion desired to be delivered from an intermediate treatment site and a landfill site, a means (34b) establishing a plurality of operation conditions so that the weight and the component ratio of the refuse unsuitable for combustion to be charged to the gasification plant are varied based on the information on the refuse unsuitable for combustion, a means (34c) simulating the operation of the gasification plant under such operation conditions, means (34d, 35a) selecting an optimum operation condition by evaluating the result of the simulation, and a means (35b) transferring the designation information for the refuse unsuitable for combustion designating the weight and the component ratio of the refuse unsuitable for combustion received by the gasification plant for the above intermediate treatment site and the above landfill site based on the selected optimum operation condition.

SOLUTION: The melting equipment having a melting chamber 1 and a preheating chamber 2 provided above the chamber 1 and connected thereto directly are used. On the occasion of melting the cold iron source, the cold iron source in the melting chamber 1 is melted, while it is supplied consecutively and intermittently to the preheating chamber 2, and molten metal is cast at the time point when a prescribed amount of molten metal is gathered in the melting chamber 1. On the occasion of treating the waste, the waste is supplied consecutively or intermittently into the preheating chamber 2, while the molten metal in the melting chamber 1 is heated. The waste is thermally decomposed or burned in the course to the melting chamber 1 and burnable portions thereof are gasified, while metal components in unburnable portions are melted in the molten metal and the other portions are slagged by the molten metal in the melting chamber 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a facility for discharging flon and improve a decomposition rate of flon by discharging coke and a component regulating material together with waste to a waste gasification melting furnace, blowing air oxygen enriched air and discharging flon to the furnace of high temperature for decomposition. SOLUTION: Limestone or the like serving as a component regulating material for waste, coke and slag discharged from the top of a melting furnace 10 to perform a melting treatment at the bottom thereof. A main tuyere 15 is provided for blowing oxygen enriched air for combusting coke at a position in a lower portion of the furnace, where a coke bed 40 is formed. A fluorocarbon supply pump 32 is operated during the operation of the waste gasification melting furnace to transfer liquid flon to piping 21 through which the oxygen-enriched air flows. The liquid fluorocarbon is dispersed in an airflow of a blowing gas in the form of fine liquid drops, blown to the coke head 40 from the main tuyere 15 and decomposed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an abnormal rise of blast pressure of combustion air by charging a melting point depressant when the blast pressure of the combustion air blown to a coke layer has risen exceeding a given value. SOLUTION: A header 6 of a main tuyere is provided with a pressure gauge 9 which constantly measures the blast pressure of combustion air blown to a coke layer. The blast pressure signals measured by the pressure gauge 9 are transmitted to a feeding rate control system 26 which is incorporated into a plant control system. When the blast pressure exceeds a given value and is further likely to further rise, or when the blast pressure exceeds the given pressure and is not likely to lower after lapse of a given time, a damper 25 of a melting point depressant collecting hopper is opened by the signals transmitted from the feeding rate control system 26, so that the furnace melting point depressant can be charged. Further, when a hopper 24 to which the melting point depressant has been charged is emptied, a given amount of the melting point depressant is measured and fed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the desulfurization by loading waste containing sulfur component and calcium oxide source into the inside of a gasifying furnace, gasifying them keeping the temperature inside the furnace below the predetermined temperature and by accumulating the sulfur as the calcium sulfide on the bottom part of the furnace. SOLUTION: A fluidized bed part 7 of waste at the central shaft part of a furnace 1 is formed and the combustible gas is generated by arranging the raw material outlet 2 at the upper part of a waste gasifying furnace 1, loading the waste containing the sulfur component and the calcium oxide source into the inside of the furnace 1, and drying and thermally decomposing the waste keeping the temperature inside the furnace 1 at 750 deg. or lower. Slaked lime as the calcium oxide is blown into the furnace 1 through the slaked- limesupplying piping 27 between the temperature lowering tower 24 and a bag filter 25, and the sulfur is accumulated on the bottom part of the furnace 1 as calcium sulfide. Therefore, the desulfurinzing processing can be performed inside the gasifying furnace 1.

The solid matter 5 is precipitated on a conveyer 10 and sieved into a fine granule and a coarse granule by a vibrating sieve 16 installed in the downstream side. The solid matter filtered through the sieve 16 is supplied to the drum surface 13 by a feeder 21 and in the solid matter supplied to the drum surface, the nonmagnetic slag which is not attracted to a permanent magnet 12 in a drum 11 is recovered in a slag receiving container 20. Solid matter 7 of metals which are magnetic materials is attracted to the drum surface 13 and parted from the drum surface 13 by a scraper 14 to be housed in a slag receiving container 19.
