摘要： The invention relates to a sprocket wheel for underground mining, especially for chain-driven chain scraper conveyors, with a first ring 2 of first tooth elements 5 distributed uniformly about the circumference of the sprocket wheel body 1, at least one second ring 3 or 4, disposed axially offset to the first ring 2, having further tooth elements 6 or 7, distributed uniformly about the circumference. The flanks of the tooth elements that face one another are provided with pockets 13, that serve as contact surfaces for the horizontal chain links 9. In order to increase the service life of the sprocket wheel, the contact surfaces in the pockets 13 of each tooth element 5, 6, 7 comprise a wear inlay 20 of wear-resistant material.

摘要： The guide shoe according to the invention for cutting machines with a pintype drive has an insertion pocket in which a coupling piece engages from above, which coupling piece is arranged on a guide arm of the cutting machine and to which the guide shoe is attached so as to be pivotable by means of a transverse bolt which passes through the insertion pocket. In order also to allow the guide shoe to be pivotable about a vertical axis, the coupling piece is provided with an upright vertical journal which engages from below in a corresponding bearing hole on the guide arm. In this case, in a preferred embodiment, the bearing journal is decoupled from transverse forces which are transmitted between the guide arm and the guide shoe via a transverse-force piece arranged on the coupling piece.

A rotatable chain wheel is disposed in the box for driving a chain coupled to the plough. A chain stripper seats in a pocket in the box and is locked therein. The stripper can be withdrawn laterally from the pocket. The stripper is connected to an adjustable annular collar on the casing of a gearing unit which drives the chain wheel and is detachably secured to the side of the box remote from the frame. The gearing unit and stripper can thus be withdrawn together laterally from the box and the chain wheel can likewise be withdrawn laterally via an aperture in the side of the box remote from the frame.

The two cutter plates are made of hard metal, and have respective cutting edges. The cutter plates are soldered into respective apertures in the cutter body. The cutting edge of the floor cutter plate extends the entire length of the floor cutter plate, and the floor cutter plate extends over the entire width of the cutter body. The base of the coal-face cutter plate adjoins the upper side of the floor cutter plate thereby defining an L-shaped cutter plate configuration. The depth of the floor cutter plate, at least in the region where the two cutter plates meets, is greater than about 15 millimeters.

摘要： A guide for a mining machine, such as a plough, is constructed from a series of interconnected sections arranged end-to-end and secured with bolts to the mineral face side wall of a conveyor. Each guide section is composed of an L-shaped plate with an upstanding wall engaging on the conveyor side wall and an inclined foot wall supporting the body of the plough. Spacers locating the securing bolts separate upper and lower chain guide passages and a cover plate extends over the mineral face side of the passages. A slot is formed above the foot wall to allow the plough body to be coupled to the chain in the lower passage. The slot is defined at its upper side by channel-like strips assembled to the spacers and these strips have apertures which receive tongues on the cover plate to thereby form a detachable push-in hinge permitting the cover plate to pivot towards the mineral face. The cover plate is detachably secured to the L-shaped plate at its upper end.
