    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for a reagent vessel allowing preparative isolation without detaching the cap from an opening part when fractionating the reagent by a fractionation prove, and a method of preventing evaporation or the like of the reagent using the cap.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measurement of a target nucleic acid simply detecting SNP and determining the quantity of the target nucleic acid in a short time without requiring a skilled technique.
      SOLUTION: The method for measurement of the target nucleic acid reacts the target nucleic acid, a marker probe comprising a marked nucleic acid hybridizing with the target nucleic acid, a non-marked probe comprising a nucleic acid having a complimentary base sequence to a region different from the region that the marker probe hybridizes in the region of the target nucleic acid and a solid phase probe comprising a nucleic acid that has a complimentary base sequence different from a region hybridizing with the marked probe in the region of the target nucleic acid and supported on a carrier, and measures the marker of the marker probe bonded to the carrier, in the method the terminal region of the region that hybridizes with the non-marked probe duplicates with the terminal region of the region that hybridizes with the solid phase probe.
