    • Die Erfindung betrifft einen verspannbaren Notlaufeinsatz (1) für ein aus Felge (2) und darauf angeordneter Luftbereifung (3) bestehendes Kraftfahrzeugrad (4), bestehend aus wenigstens zwei, insbesondere drei kreisringsegmentförmigen Teilelementen, die entweder gelenkig miteinander verbundenen sind oder über ein Spannsystem miteinander verspannbar sind.
      Um die Gebrauchseigenschaften zu verbessern, vorzugsweise eine Wiederverwendbarkeit nach dem Notfalleinsatz und insbesondere auch eine Verwendung bei schweren Fahrzeugen zu ermöglichen, soll der Notlaufeinsatz mehrteilig ausgebildet sein und auch einen auf der dem Reifen zugewandten Außenseite der Felge (2) anbringbaren, in Umfangsrichtung mit einem schlitzförmigen Freiraum geschlitzt ausgebildeten Statorring (5) umfassen und die Teilelemente als auf dem Statorring (5) montierbarer Rotor (6) ausgebildet sein, wobei der Statorring (5), der beispielsweise aus Stahl bestehen kann, zumindest einen in etwa mittig umlaufenden, sich in Richtung des Rotors (6) erstreckenden Wulst (7) aufweist, der mit wenigstens einer entsprechenden Gegenausnehmung des Rotors (6) zusammen ais Führung für den Rotor (6) ausgebildet ist.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the strength of the connected part of a core type safety tire and facilitate its assembling by constructing the internal and external wheels of the core of said tire by annularly connecting internal and external bent pieces differing in their length to each other by making use of slidable engagement between a dovetail groove and a dovetail-shaped convex stripe and inserting a wedge-shaped bent piece into the final part. CONSTITUTION:An inside bent piece 11 is allowed to make contact with a rim 3, and an outside bent piece 12 differing in its length from said inside bent piece is connected with said inside bent piece by making use of peripheral slidable engagement between a dovetail groove 13 and a dovetail-shaped convex stripe 14. These bent pieces are successively connected to each other and formed into a ring shape. And, a wedge- shaped bent piece 22 obtained by connecting inside and outside bent pieces together is inserted into a trapezoidal space part 21 formed on a final assembling part 10c where an external peripheral side space is narrower than an internal peripheral side space to bring an annular core 10 to completion. Hereby, it is possible to assemble a tire such that internal and external wheels can not be radially separated from each other without overlapping between the respective joints 15, 16 of the internal and external wheels 10a, 10b with the exception of the final assembling part, and to facilitate the assembling of a tire and improve the strength of a connected part.
