    • A stirring blade unit includes a perforated cylinder formed around the an internal stirring blade so as to be rotated together with the stirring shaft. The perforated cylinder has perforations which are approximately 30 to 50% of the area of the top and bottom surface of the perforated cylinder. The internal stirring blade unit uses a discharge type stirring blade unit used for gas-liquid mixing of a general fermentation tank. Thus, the gas-liquid flow discharged from the blade unit in the horizontal direction hits the perforated cylinder formed around the blade unit certainly. Due to this hitting of the gas-liquid flow against the perforated cylinder, the pressure of the flow is changed significantly to refine the gas bubbles so that the gas absorption property is improved. The stirring blade unit is suitable for gas-liquid mixing necessary for such as, fermentation, aeration, and reaction (hydrogenation and oxidation) tanks. The gas-liquid mixing blade unit can absorbs gas efficiently and thus, reduces both the manufacturing cost and installation space.

    • To easily change internal pressure of a container according to a change in external pressure. In a strain gauge device 100, a piston 54 attached to a tubular opening portion 53A provided at a housing part 53 slides in response to external pressure. Thereby varying the volumes of a regulator oil containing region 52 and a sensitive region 15 so as to achieve a balance with the external pressure, to change the internal pressure. Then, in the above-described strain gauge device, because the internal pressures of the regulator oil containing region 52 and the sensitive region 15 are changed according to a change in external pressure only by sliding of the piston 54, it is possible to easily perform regulation of the internal pressure. Further, because the above-described pressure balance mechanism 51 is achieved with a simple configuration, it is possible to easily perform regulation of the external pressure and the internal pressure even in a high-temperature/high-pressure environment.

    • A driving apparatus includes a piezoelectric element which undergoes expansion/contraction motion by a driving signal; a driving shaft which is mounted on the piezoelectric element, and undergoes reciprocating movement according to the expansion/contraction motion of the piezoelectric element; a first movement member which is friction-engaged with the driving shaft, and moves due to the reciprocating movement of the driving shaft; and a first control portion which applies driving signals to the piezoelectric element; the first control portion applies driving control pulse signals when the first movement member is to be moved, and applies stop control pulse signals when the stopped first movement member is not to be moved to put the first movement member into a vibration-arrested state. By this means, the stopped first movement member can be smoothly moved, and the first movement member in motion can be smoothly stopped.
