摘要： For an in-line gasifier having a liquid cooled cooling jacket it is proposed to lead the inlet connectors and the outlet connectors for the cooling liquid through the side of the cylindrical pressure vessel, below the mounting flange for the vessel cover. This achieves a simplification in the mounting of the pressure vessel cover. Particular embodiments concern the bringing together of the upper ends and of the lower ends of several pipe runs coiled in parallel, in each case into a collector pipe which has a connector bush for cooling water.

摘要： A method for producing electric energy from solid and liquid fuels is provided. The fuels are first subjected to a gasification process at high pressure, and the scrubbed gasification gas is fed to a gas and steam turbine process. The combustion of the scrubbed gasification gas in the gas turbine chamber does not occur with air, but with a mixture made of the three components oxygen, carbon dioxide and water vapor. As a result, the waste gas of the gas turbine is made only of carbon dioxide and water vapor. After the condensation thereof, technically pure carbon dioxide remains, which can be dissipated by storage in the deep substrate of the atmosphere.

摘要： A system for fluidizing and conveying a powdery product is provided. The system includes plurality of powder-locking and metering vessels, the vessels each having a conveying line for the powdery product and a control mechanism for the mass flow of the powdery product. The conveying lines are brought together to form a common conveying line and are supplied to a remover of the powdery product. The powder-locking and metering vessels are alternatively fed with the powdery product and tensioned with the fluidizing gas under operating pressure. The control mechanisms of the powder-locking and metering vessels are activated in such a manner that the mass flow sum of powdery product in the conveying lines is identical to the desired value for the mass flow of powdery product to the remover of the powdery product.

摘要： A gas and steam-turbine plant includes a heat-recovery steam generator which is connected downstream of a gas turbine on the flue-gas side and has heating surfaces connected in a water/steam circuit of a steam turbine. A gasifier is connected upstream of a combustion chamber of the gas turbine for integrated gasification of a fossil fuel. Oxygen can be fed to the gasifier from an air-separation unit, to which in turn a partial flow of air compressed in an air compressor associated with the gas turbine can be admitted on the inlet side. In such a gas and steam-turbine plant, reliable cooling of the bleed air, in an especially simple type of construction, is to be ensured in all operating states, irrespective of the integration concept which is taken as a basis. Therefore, a heat exchanger for cooling the partial flow of compressed air is connected on the primary side in a bleed-air line connecting the air compressor to the air-separation unit. The heat exchanger is constructed on the secondary side as an evaporator for a flow medium.

摘要： In a gas and steam turbine plant with a waste-heat steam generator, a fuel gasification device is located upstream of the combustion chamber of the gas turbine via a fuel line. The after-heat steam generator is located downstream of the gas turbine on the flue-gas side and the heating surfaces of which are connected into the water/steam circuit of the steam turbine for the integrated gasification of a fossil fuel. For especially high plant efficiency, a heat exchanger is connected on the primary side into the fuel line between the gasification device and a saturator. In addition to a mixing device for admixing nitrogen, the heat exchanger likewise is connected on the secondary side into the fuel line between the saturator and the combustion chamber.
