摘要： A method and apparatus for making a two-dimensional copy from either a two-dimensional or three-dimensional object is provided. In making a two-dimensional copy from a three-dimensional object, the object is submerged in the liquid contained in a container having a transparent bottom portion to which said object is brought into contact by placing a cover member thereon. The object is then exposed through the transparent bottom portion thereby the projected image of the object viewed through the transparent bottom portion is reproduced on a sheet of copy paper.

摘要： The apparatus comprises a projection optical system and a copying system. The projection optical system can project an image of an original either onto a screen or to an exposing position of the copying system by switching between two positions. The copying system comprises a plurality of chargers providing different charging conditions in accordance with the types and sizes of copy sheets, by utilizing a change-over switch. A plurality of switches adapted for use with copy sheets of different lengths are arranged along the path of movement of a sheet of paper and, when the switch corresponding to the particular length of copy sheet desired is actuated, the movement of the sheet of paper is stopped, so that the central portion of the copy sheet can be brought into alignment with the optical axis for exposing at all times regardless of the difference in the length of copy sheets. Apparatus can interchangeably mount either a pressing plate assembly for manually feeding one original after another or an automatic feed device which can automatically feed one by one a plurality of originals to the exposing position of the copying system and to eject the same therefrom. By switching between the charging conditions of the chargers, it is possible to produce a positive duplicate of an original irrespective of whether the original is negative or positive. The pressing plate assembly and automatic feed device comprise carriers for effecting moving in X-and Y-directions which are interchangeable, so that it is possible to select a carrier which best suits the size of an original and the amount of movement of the original. The projection optical system comprises a blind coupled to a reflector so as to prevent light from the screen from reaching the exposing position of the copying system, the reflecting surface automatically facing downwardly when the power source is turned off.

摘要： There is provided a means for laminating and bonding a flexible printed circuit and a stiffener film with an adhesive layer therebetween by using a laminator without creating air bubbles at the lamination surface and without using large-scale manufacturing equipment. A method comprising: providing a laminate in which liners are on upper and lower surfaces of a half-cured reactive adhesive layer (3), removing one of the liners from the laminate, and bonding a surface of a first adherend (2) to the first exposed surface of the adhesive layer; removing the other liner from the laminate, pressure bonding a minute embossing pattern (4) surface of an embossed liner to the second exposed surface of the adhesive layer to form a minute embossing pattern on the surface of the adhesive layer; and removing the embossed liner from the surface of the adhesive layer, and thermocompression bonding a second adherend to the surface of the adhesive layer having the minute embossing pattern.

摘要： To provide a PCB that does not generate a short-circuit problem even at a very small pitch and has high connection reliability a method is provided for connecting a printed circuit board (PCB) to a second circuit board comprising: providing a printed circuit board (PCB) having a connection portion; providing a second circuit board having a connection portion, the second circuit board to be connected to the PCB, wherein the connection portion of one or both of the PCB and second circuit board has at least one conductive bump, positioning the connection portion of the PCB opposite the connection portion of the second circuit board with a thermosetting adhesive film between the connection portions of the PCB and second circuit board, and applying heat and pressure to the connection portions and the thermosetting adhesive film such that the adhesive film is displaced sufficiently to allow electrical contact between the at least one bump and the connection portion of the opposing circuit board and such that the heat is sufficient to cause the adhesive to set. Also provided is an article comprising a PCB having a connection portion with at least one conductive bump, and a thermosetting adhesive film on the surface of the connection portion.

A beveled via is formed in a dielectric layer of the substrate. The via has a first opening of a first width in the first surface, and a second opening of a second width in the second surface, the second width being greater than the first width. A conductive plug is connected to the conductive layer. The plug is formed in the via and extends from adjacent the first opening toward the second opening, and terminates adjacent the second opening at a plug interface surface. A conductive solder ball is connected to the plug interface surface and extends to protrude from the second surface.

摘要： An intermediate transfer ink jet recording method comprising forming an ink image on an intermediate transfer medium by ink jet recording and then transferring the ink image from the intermediate transfer medium onto a recording medium, which method enables an excellent image to be formed on the intermediate transfer medium and the image to be efficiently transferred from the intermediate transfer medium to the recording medium. The intermediate transfer ink jet recording method of the invention is characterized by ejecting an ink composition on an intermediate transfer medium carrying, on the surface thereof, a surfactant having an HLB value of 2 to 15 to form an ink image and transferring the ink image formed on the intermediate transfer medium to a recording medium.
