    • PURPOSE:To easily perform not only the recovery of a stock material residue and an extracted substance but also the washing of an inner container and to prevent the clogging of the pipings attached to an extraction tank and a separation tank, by respectively storing the stock material residue and the extracted substance in the inner containers provided in both tanks in a detachable manner. CONSTITUTION:Carbon dioxide is introduced into the stock material in the inner container 11 of an extraction tank 11 in a state of a supercritical gaseous fluid to be contacted with the stock material and the component to be extracted in the stock material is dissolved in and extracted with the gas while the residue of the stock material is left in the inner container 11. Thereafter, the supercritical gas is introduced into the inner container 21 of a separation tank 2 and the density of the gas is reduced to separate the extracted substance which is, in turn, stored in the inner container 21. The supercritical carbon dioxide separated in the separation tank 2 is introduced into the inner container 31 of an evaporation tank 3 to be separated into carbon dioxide and the extracted substance. After extraction operation was completed, operation is stopped and the inner containers 11, 21, 31 are taken out of the system and, after the stock material residue and the extracted substance were recovered, said inner containers are washed.

    • PURPOSE:An extraction raw material such as animal or vegetable substance is made to contact with a supercritical gas together with an extraction assistant consisting of an alcohol or an organic solvent to effect the extraction of the extractable substance in the supercritical gas and the extractable substance is separated by varying the pressure and temperature of the supercritical gas. CONSTITUTION:The extraction raw material is mixed with the extraction assistant (e.g. alcohol, organic solvent, etc.) in the stirring tank 29, and the mixture is heated with the heat exchanger 31 and supplied to the extraction tank 27. Separately, liquid carbon dioxide is treated with the booster pump 25 and the heat-exchanger 26, and the obtained supercritical gas is introduced into the extraction tank 27 to effect the extraction of the extractable substance with the supercritical gas. The supercritical gas containing the extracted substance is introduced into the separation tank 33, and only the extracted substance is separated under a prssure 1.0-2.0 times the critical pressure at a temperature 1.0-1.2 times the critical temperature. After the separation treatment, the gas is introduced into the extraction assistant-separation tank 35. The carbon dioxide gas is circulated through the valve 36 and the extraction assistant is reused after separation the low-boiling impurities in the separation tank 37. EFFECT:The extraction assistant can be dissolved in the supercritical gas at an arbitrary ratio and an extractable substance free of extraction assistant can be produced.

CONSTITUTION:In an apparatus for measuring the shape of matter 1 having a three-dimensional free curved surface, a detection sensor 4 for detecting the distance up to the surface of the matter 1 in a non-contact manner is provided, and the matter 1 and the detection sensor 4 are made relatively movable by a drive apparatus 2. As the detection sensor 4, for example, a laser length measuring machine may be used. The shape of the matter 1 is inputted as a three-dimensional coordinates value in a dot line state by a recording medium 8 and processed by an operational processing apparatus 6 to be applied to the drive apparatus 2 as an order value to perform control so as to allow the detection sensor 4 to be always present in a definite measurable region.
