    • PURPOSE: To provide an image recording and reproducing device which can obtain picture quality having no color slurring even when an LCD panel with a delta array of RGB is used. CONSTITUTION: The image recording and reproducing device consists of a compound eye camera 1, a mixing circuit 2, a recording and reproducing device 3, a separating circuit 4, and a stereoscopic display device 5. A video signal which is compressed by the mixing circuit 2 is sampled with a clock of frequency fc, and written in memories 13b and 13e and read out at frequency 2fc. The sampling clock consists of clocks 1A and 2A synchronized with the video signal by a PLL circuit 12 and a clock delayed nearly by a 1/2 pixel through a delay circuit 15, and is switched every horizontal scanning period of the video signal. The video signal which is reproduced from a VCR 3 and has its time base expanded by the separating circuit 4 is sampled at a specific frequency and written in the memories reversely to the compression of the time base, and then read out at the frequency fc. The sampling clock is switched every horizontal scanning period of the video signal similarly to the mixing time.

    • PURPOSE:To considerably reduce a time from an end of exposure till the read of a signal by using a 2-channel frame head when a still picture is recorded or reproduced to/from a recording medium and reading/recording data of an image pickup element asynchronously with a position reference signal of the medium. CONSTITUTION:An image pickup section 1 is made up of an optical system comprising lenses (not shown) and image pickup systems 1a, 1b comprising a shutter and image pickup elements. Furthermore, a magnetic head 7a is connected to the processing section 2 via an amplifier (not shown) and a magnetic head 7b is connected to the processing section 3 and they are arranged to one side of a magnetic recording medium 6 opposite to or adjacent to each other. Each circuit section and the medium 6 are driven by using a stepping motor (not shown) connected to a system controller 5 and the image pickup systems 1a, 1b are activated by a drive pulse from a synchronizing signal generating circuit IC 4 connecting to the controller 5.

Then the pilot signal outputted from the switch S is fed to a gate circuit 12, the gate circuit 12 passes its input signal for a horizontal and a vertical blanking period according to a composite blanking signal C-BLK fed from the generator 5 and applies each pilot signal to an adder 9 for the period, in which frequency multiplex is implemented for the horizontal and vertical blanking periods of an FM modulation picture element information signal fed from a recording signal processing circuit 10 and the result is fed to a recording amplifier 13. Then the signal outputted from the adder 9 is amplified by the recording amplifier 13 and recorded on a video floppy 15.

    • PURPOSE:To reproduce a picture signal without being affected by the fluctuation of a time base and degrading the picture signal by correcting the write address of a sampling picture signal in one part corresponding to the write address of a sampling picture signal in the other part to be stored into a picture memory. CONSTITUTION:A picture signal reproducing device is composed of a line memory 1, write address generator 2, phase reference signal detecting circuits 3 and 6, address memory 4, subtracter 5, picture memory 7, picture processing circuit 8, and read address generator 9. In such the case, corresponding to the write address of the write address of the sampling picture signal in one part to be stored into the picture memory 7 which stores the sampling picture signal to be reproduced from a recording medium, the write address of the sampling picture signal in the other part is corrected. Thus, the picture signal can be reproduced without being affected by the time base fluctuation, which is generated in the picture signal to be reproduced from the recording medium, and degrading the picture signal.

    • PURPOSE:To stably hold spacing between magnetic heads and a magnetic disk by providing head units by setting them to confront each other with a recording medium being intervened and specifying the position relation of respective head units. CONSTITUTION:The position relation of an upper-side stable member 7 and a lower-side stable member 8 is set in such a way that the magnetic head 6 of the lowr-side stable member 8 is confronted with the recessed groove 7a of the upper-side stable member 7 and the magnetic head 5 of the upper-side stable mamber 7 with the recessed groove 8a of the lower-side stable member 8. The positions of two magnetic head cores 5 and 6 above and below the magnetic disk in the direction of the radius of the disk are set so that same track is traced on the right side and the reverse side on the magnetic disk. Consequently, air films are formed on both sides of the magnetic disk by the pads 7b and 8b of the stable members 7 and 8. Thus, the contact state with the magnetic disk can always be kept stable.
