When the customer returns the transmitter, the sponsor side displays on a monitor only images simultaneously recorded with the ID so as to allow the customer to select and buy images among the images.

Encoding is performed to the black-and-white character parts by MMR but in the other case, after compression encoding is performed by JPEG, it is transmitted from a communication part 14.
