    • PURPOSE: To make it possible to optionally change a hydraulic characteristic, by coupling a first cam for displacing a plunger in a first throttle valve with a second cam for displacing a plunger in a second throttle valve.
      CONSTITUTION: A first cam 51 for displacing a plunger in a first throttle valve 1 is coupled with a second can 52 for displacing a plunger in a second throttle valve 31 by a coupling means. With this arrangement, the cam profile of cam surface of each cam 51, 52 may be suitably selected so that an arbitrary hydrau lic characteristic may be set, corresponding to one input. Further, by selectively replacing the first and second cams 51, 52 with different one in accordance with variations in the output power of an engine or variations in the weight of a vehicle to change the hydraulic characteristic. With this arrangement the adaptation of era of small but multiproduct production system may be easily made.

CONSTITUTION:In the speed change gear made of a combined mechanism of simple planetary gears 10 and 20, a carrier C1 of the planetary gear 10 (almost identical to 20) is made up with a main sidewall member 11 and a sub sidewall member 12 fixed by a bridge part 11C and a circular flume 17 is formed on an inner circumference part 11b of the main sidewall member 11 of the carrier C1. In addition, at a junction face part between wall member 11 and the sliding contact plate 16 located between the planet gear P1 end and the wall member 11 itself, a radial passage 18 interconnected to the circular flume 17 and the axial face part of a detachably supporting axis 13 is formed. What is more, this detachably supporting axis is configured with a path hole 19 interconnected to an almost central part 14c widthwise between the passage 18 and a roller 14a of a bearing 14.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diversify output pressure characteristic of a control valve by a small change.
      SOLUTION: A control valve unit 10 is equipped with a spool 12 for appropriately opening/closing a line pressure input port 11b and an output port 11c, a spring 13 for urging the spool 12 in one direction, a signal oil pressure chamber 10c where signal oil pressure is introduced, a solenoid valve 16 for controlling the signal oil pressure inside the signal oil pressure chamber 10c, a sleeve 14 disposed on the opposite side of the spring 13 of the spool 12, a plunger 15 slidably inserted on the inner peripheral side of the sleeve 14, and a plunger oil pressure chamber 10b disposed between the sleeve 14 and the plunger 15 which acts on the plunger when the control oil pressure is introduced and pressurizes the spool 12 against the urging of the spring 13. A shift valve 20 is disposed in an oil passage between the output port 11c and the plunger oil pressure chamber 10b and switches the communication state between the output port 11c and the plunger oil pressure chamber 10b.

    • PURPOSE:To ensure necessary strength by providing an annular part having a friction surface in one side and having an uneven thickness surface, formed by crash working by considering hardness and surface roughness of the friction surface, in the other side, and providing a pawl part integrally formed in the internal or external periphery of this annular part. CONSTITUTION:A material 14 is punched by a punch 126 of a manufacturing device 12, to manufacture a blank material 15. Here, a shear drop in the internal/external periphery of an annular part and the periphery of a pawl part is formed in only the other side of the annular part. Thereafter, the blank material 15 is set to a manufacturing device 13, to lower down a punch 133 toward a knockout 134, and the other side of the annular part is crashed by a prescribed crash margin, to manufacture a backing plate formed with a stepped surface. By a clearance of prescribed dimension between a center guide 131, die 132 and the blank material 15, a crashed part of the blank material 15 is deformed so as to bury the clearance, and hardness in a friction surface, pawl part and both side surfaces thereof is increased to desired hardness, to form the friction surface in desired surface roughness. Thus by easily forming an uneven thickness surface or recessed hollow part, strength can be ensured.
