    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine three-dimensional ground level data from three-dimensional altitude data. SOLUTION: A ground level extraction device is provided with: a division part; a zone altitude extraction part; an excluded zone detection/hydraulic analysis part; a rainfall hydraulic analysis part; and a three-dimensional correction altitude data updating part. The division part divides a range to be calculated into zones. The zone altitude extraction part obtains three-dimensional correction altitude data for each zone. The excluded zone detection/hydraulic analysis part determines the water depth of each zone after a predetermined time when initial immersion is applied, and for determining the zone whose water depth exceeds a predetermined value as a non-target zone. The rainfall hydraulic analysis part determines water depth when rain falls by hydraulic analysis, with respect to the three-dimensional correction altitude data. A three-dimensional correction altitude data updating part changes the altitude data of the zone whose water depth is shallower than the predetermined value to the altitude data which are the lowest among the altitude data of the zones within a predetermined range from the zone, which are not determined as the non-target zones to updates the three-dimensional correction altitude data. SOLUTION: The high shut-off performance stop cock 10 includes a stop cock body 11 inserted in the backfill material injection hole 2 and a ring-shaped shut-off rubber 12 arranged between the stop cock body 11 and the inner surface of the backfill material injection hole 2. A male screw 13 fitted in a female screw 4 in the backfill material injection hole 2 is formed at the outer circumference of the shut-off rubber 12, and a tapered face 14 extended to the stop cock body 11 is formed at the inner circumference. A tapered face 15 becoming narrower toward the shut-off rubber 12 is formed on the outer circumference of the stop cock body 11. The diameter of the shut-off rubber 12 is increased by forcing the tapered face 15 of the stop cock body into the interior of the tapered face 14 of the shut-off rubber.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring an erosion amount which can measure the degree of erosion even in water and a muddy stream by transmitting measurement results to the ground using a low-frequency magnetic field. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprise at least one combination of sensor sections 10-1 to 10-3 including a trigger means for generating a trigger signal when they are flowed out by an erosion process, a measurement means 11-1 for measuring the trigger signal from the trigger means, and a communications means 11-2 for transmitting measurement results by the measurement means using a low-frequency magnetic field. The combination of the sensor sections, the measurement means, and the communications means is embedded in a site at which erosion is expected. When the sensor sections are flowed out through the occurrence of erosion, the measurement means measures it, then the degree of erosion, as measurement results, is transmitted to a receiving device 20 on the ground by the communication means through the low-frequency magnetic field.
