    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the chaff sieve structure of a grain sorting device capable of excellently performing leak-down sorting even when the presence/absence state of processing objects on a chaff sieve is not uniform and partially localized. SOLUTION: Many chaff plates 13 are horizontally disposed to a swing sorting frame 8 in the state of being arranged side by side with intervals at the front and back, the respective chaff plates 13 are respectively independently and freely swingably supported and constituted freely openably and closably corresponding to the fluctuation of processing object loads so as to enlarge an opening degree when the loads of the processing objects on the respective chaff plates 13 are enlarged and a flow rate detection means 20 for detecting a threshing flow rate is provided. Further, a minimum opening degree to be a reference in the opening/closing swing of the respective chaff plates 13 is made freely changeable so as to be enlarged as the flow rate is enlarged based on a detected flow rate by the flow rate detection means 20.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a chaff sieve structure in a thresher capable of suppressing the stagnation and obstruction, and having improved conveying properties and sorting efficiencies by arranging both right and left ends of a chaff plate as inclined based on the longitudinal direction so as to convey the disposing material aslant from left and right sides to the middle of the chaff sieve. CONSTITUTION: This chaff sieve structure in a thresher is obtained by providing a chaff sieve 14 by installing the multiple number of chaff plates 14a in the longitudinal direction in parallel in the state of conveying the disposing material for sorting in the direction of the center of the shaft of a treating drum, forming the chaff plates 14a inclined by a plane view in the longitudinal direction, and arranging both left and right ends of the chaff plates 14a as inclined based on the longitudinal direction so as to convey the disposing material aslant from left and right sides to the middle of the chaff sieve 14.

CONSTITUTION:A grain grading device capable of choosing grain size to thresh comprises a threshing chamber 4 having a threshing cylinder 5 surrounded with a threshing net 6 on the upper feeding side 2 of a threshing device 1, an air-grading chamber 14 disposed under the threshing chamber 4 and having the first conveyor 15 and the second conveyor 16, a vibration-grading rack 11 disposed in the air-grading chamber 14 and a sieve 13 which is set above the conveyors 15, 16 disposed in the vibration-grading rack 11 and is prepared by disposing plural inclined plates 20 at prescribed intervals in the discharging direction in a state where the discharging direction of each of the inclined plates is high and the non-discharging side is low, a raisable raising body being disposed on the non-inclined side of the inclined plates 20 of the sieve 13 above the second conveyor 16.
