    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a whole culm-charging type combine harvester capable of inhibiting that materials to be threshed are fed in a state deviated to a grading section and thereby capable of improving the efficiency of the grading by setting the rotation direction of a threshing cylinder to such a direction that the threshing cylinder is rotated from the threshing cylinder-deviated side to the central side of the grading section. SOLUTION: The axis X of a threshing cylinder 17 is deviated in a lateral direction from the lateral center Y of a grading section 18, and the rotation direction of the threshing cylinder 17 is set from the threshing cylinder-deviated side to the center of the grading section 18 in a region below the axis X of the threshing cylinder. A side plate 72 on the threshing cylinder axis-deviated side among the right and left side plates 71, 72 of the threshing device 3 is preferably composed of an upper side plate portion 72U corresponding to the threshing chamber 16 and a lower side plate portion 72D corresponding to the grading section 18. The lower side plate portion 72D is preferably inserted and placed from the upper side plate portion 72U into the threshing device 3. Further, a transmission system B to the portions of the grading section 18 are preferably disposed on the outside of the lower side plate portion 72D.
