    • PURPOSE:To enable sufficient grading treatment near a grain pan and a grain sieve when the through-put is especially increased in a thresher constructed so as to enable the operation to change the grain sieve to a large and a small areas by carrying out the operation to slide the grain pan. CONSTITUTION:This thresher is obtained by installing a wind rectifying guide member 22 enabling the free changeover between the first state in which a part of a grading wind from a fan mill 8 is made to flow in an oblique upward direction onto a grain pan 18 and the second state in which the grading wind at a lower flow rate than that of the first state is made to flow at a gentle angle onto the grain pan 18 and linking the grain pan 18 to the wind rectifying guide member 22 so as to make the wind rectifying guide member perform the operation of changeover between the first state side interlocking with the operation to slide the grain pan 18 to the increasing side of the area of a grain sieve 19 and the second state side interlocking with the operation to slide the grain pan 18 to the reducing side of the area of the grain sieve 19.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the trouble in which the amount of materials to be treated in a rocking and grading case is excess due to a little clogged state of a treating and rotating body part and the expected improvement in the grading ability is not exhibited. CONSTITUTION:In a thresher equipped with a treating and rotating body 6, capable of applying loosening action to materials which are conveyed with an upper straw rack 18 rocking with a rocking and grading case 5 and treated at a position just after a dust feed port (2a), plural treating teeth (6C) are attached to a screw belt (6B), wound and installed on the outer periphery of a treating drum (6A) at an interval of a constant angle to construct the treating and rotating body 6. The direction of the screw belt (6B) is subsequently set so as to transversely transfer the materials which are to be treated and subjected to the loosening force of the treating and rotating body 6 to the side of a feed chain 4. Thereby, the material which are to be treated and deviated to the side opposite the feed chain 4 are dispersed in the transverse direction and readily loosened.

    • PURPOSE:To keep the amount treated in a threshing chamber within a proper range regardless of an increase or decrease in the amount of the grain culms fed to the threshing chamber and enhance grain recovery ratio by providing a construction for sensing the amount of the grain culms fed to the threshing chamber and enabling automatic regulation of the opening degree of a dust feeding port based on the sensed information. CONSTITUTION:A thresher 2 has a dust feeding port 19 opened at the back of as threshing chamber (A) and the following construction is added thereto. That is a sensing means (S1) for the amount of fed grain culms for sensing the amount of the grain culms fed to the threshing chamber (A) is provided and an opening degree changing means (K) for changing the opening degree of the dust feeding port 19 is simultaneously provided. A controlling means for automatically regulating the opening degree changing means (K) so as to increase the opening degree of the dust feeding port 19 with increasing amount of fed grain culms based on the sensed information from the sensing means (S1) for the amount of the fed grain culms is also installed.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a vibration-grading device in a threshing device, capable of preventing the wasteful consumption of the output of a winnower and simultaneously maintaining the high grading capacity of the vibration-grading device without relating to the quantities of materials to be treated. CONSTITUTION:The vibration-grading device is manufactured by disposing a roughly grading section 15 for receiving treating materials leaked down from a threshing chamber 2, vibration- carrying the treating materials and simultaneously roughly grading the treating materials into grains and the second grade grains, disposing an intermediate grading section 17 equipped with plural sieving wires 25 at the vertically intermediate position therebetween, forming an opening 30 capable of introducing a part of a grading wind from a winnower 7 into a space therebetween, disposing a wind-directing plate 31 capable of controlling the volume of the grading wind to be introduced into the opening 30, and a means for changing the posture of the wind-directing plate 31, and further disposing a control device for controlling the posture-changing means so that the wind-directing plate 31 is directed into a posture for increasing the volume of the grading wind introduced into the opening 30 with the increase in the quantities of the treating materials on the basis of the detection result of a treating quantity-detecting sensor or into a posture for decreasing the volume of the grading wind introduced into the opening 30 with the decrease in the quantity of the treating materials.
