摘要： A dirty paper precoding ("DPC") method for broadcasting a signal is disclosed that takes advantage of knowledge of the structure of interference in order to avoid the quantization noise that results in the conventional DPC method. The proposed method modifies the Tomlinson-Harishima precoding ("THP") scheme by selecting a constellation and mapping scheme that is designed based on the known interference modulation structure of the interference signal, which is typically directed to a second receiver. In a particular embodiment, a source signal and an interference signal are QAM modulated. The modulation structure information of the interference signal is known to the receiver. At the transmitter the source signal is precoded based on the known interference structure, and a common mapping rule is implemented, such that the received signal can be decoded at the receiver without requiring a modulo operation at either the transmitter or receiver.

Provided assay include those determining the presence of a target biomolecule in a sample or its relative amount, or the assays may be quantitative or semi-quantitative. The methods can be performed on a substrate . The methods can be performed in an array format on a substrate, which can be a sensor. In some embodiments, detection assays are provided employing sensor biomolecules that do not comprise a fluorophore that can exchange energy with a cationic multichromophore . In some aspects biological assays are provided in which energy is transferred between one or more of the multichromophore, a label on the target biomolecule, a label on the sensor biomolecule, and/or a fluorescent dye specific for a polynucleotide, in all permutations. The multichromophore may interact at least in part electrostatically with the sensor and/or the target, and an increase in energy transfer with the polymer may occur upon binding of the sensor and the target. Other variations of the inventions are described further herein.

摘要： A connection assembly for connecting a motor to a gearbox is provided. The connection assembly comprises a sealing housing coupled to the gearbox to form a cavity for receiving a lubricant to lubricate an input of the gearbox; and an intermediate member arranged to at least partially pass through the gearbox or the sealing housing to connect an output of the motor to the input of the gearbox for transmission. With the sealing housing to from a cavity and the intermediate member for connecting the output of the motor to the input of the gearbox, the lubricant would not leak into the motor, thus improving the stability and service life of the motor and even the robot. Furthermore, the motor and/or the gearbox can be removed from or installed on each other in an easier way, for example, merely by decoupling the motor from the intermediate member without the need to dump and refill the lubricant.
