    • An Authorized Shared Access (ASA) controller to provide parameter coordination for base stations and wireless devices operating on shared or adjacent channels and method of operation of same are provided. A method of operation of an ASA controller comprises configuring one or more parameters used by at least one base station and/or wireless device operating on shared or adjacent channels.     • A spectrum management device (110) determines spectrum assignments (205, 215) for a radio access node (120).
