Accordingly, the torque instruction is outputted as a torque which is suppressed more than a characteristic curve (72) obtained by combining the equal loss characteristic (70) and a T-N characteristic (60) indicating the relationship between the torque T and the rpm N during a normal travel. Moreover, by using an equal efficiency characteristic, it is possible to modify the boosting ratio so as to improve the fuel consumption.
