    • PURPOSE:To prevent a position slippage in the axial direction and in the rotating direction between a small bore tube member and a large bore tube member by providing a metallic small bore tube member having a circumferential groove extending along the whole body of the outer periphery, a large bore tube member, and a stopper. CONSTITUTION:This coupling device is composed of a piping member 1 on which a groove 1a is formed (a small bore tube member), a coupling main body 2 provided with a wedge-form groove 2b and a seal packing 3 (a large bore tube member), and a stopper 4 having stopper tips 4a and engaging parts 4b. The piping member 1 on which the circumferential groove 1a is formed beforehand is inserted to the coupling main body 2 up to the inner stopper 2a, and the stopper 4 is installed and struck in, so as to compress the diameter of the circumferential groove 1a of the piping member 1. As a result, not only a position slippage in the axial direction, but also a position slippage in the rotating direction, between the piping member 1 and the coupling main body 2, can be prevented. Furthermore, a removal of the stopper 4 can be also prevented effectively.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten the installation process of an electric apparatus and to resolve problems of concentration of constructions in the finish work and requirement of a large quantity of workers by projecting the sensor part of the electric apparatus downward from an aperture part due to inward flange by its own weight with a lower cover off. CONSTITUTION:A terminal board 12 and an electric apparatus 16 electrically connected to this board 12 are water-tightly sealed in a concrete drive box provided with a freely detachable upper cover 9, and a sensor part 17 of the electric apparatus 16 is projected out of the box by detachment of a lower cover 11. Consequently, only the work to lead electric wires into the box and the work to connect electric wires to the terminal board 12 to which the electric apparatus is preliminarily connected are required except the box fixing work and can be performed before the placing work of slab concrete. Thus, the electric apparatus installation process is shortened, and problems of concentration of constructions in the finish stage and requirement of a large quantity of workers are resolved.

    • PURPOSE:To perform a rapid feeding of refrigerant within a pipe out of a building and enable a leakage of refrigerant into the building to be restricted as much as possible by a method wherein as a refrigerant pressure within the pipe is lower than a predetermined value, a pushing force of a resilient member and a pressure within a pressure spacing may act synergistically on a valve body and a seal part of the valve body is instantaneously moved away from a valve seat. CONSTITUTION:As a refrigerant pressure within pipes 3, 6, 11 and 13 is lower than a predeter mined value, a pressure within a flowing chamber 33, i.e., a pressure received at a seal part 43 of a valve body 41 is also decreased, so that a force pushing the seal part 43 against a valve seat 32 is decreased. Then, a pushing force of a coil spring 48 overcomes this force and the valve seat 44 starts to move away from a seal wall 46, so that the refrigerant within the flowing chamber 33 passes between the valve seat 44 and the seal wall 45, leaks out and flows into the pressure spacing 47. As a result, the pressure within the pressure spacing 47 is gradually increased. As the seal part 43 starts to move away from the valve seat 32 under this pressure, a pushing force of a spring 48 and the pressure within the pressure spacing 47 may act synergistically on the valve body 41, the seal part 43 is instantaneously moved away from the valve seat 32 to cause a valve hole 35 to be fully opened, and thus the refrigerant within the flowing chamber 33 can be fed out of the building from the flowing- out chamber 34 through the discharging port 29.
