    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the stability in the high lift work, make the movement with difference in level easy, and prevent the door sill of a door edge and the failure of a facing, by using the water in a water tank as the lower weight for preventing the overturning, and using the same also as the pressure fluid for operating a hydraulic cylinder device. SOLUTION: A vehicle body A comprises a water tank 1 where the water can be filled or drained, and an elevation-type working bench B is supported by the vehicle body A through a double-acting hydraulic cylinder device 2, in such manner that it is vertically movable. The self-weight of the vehicle for high lift work is 170 kg when the water is drained, so that the movement with difference in level can be easily performed, and the door sill of a door edge and the failure of a facing material of a floor face by the wheels can be prevented. Further the vehicle is lightweight, so that the mistake in operation can be prevented, and the failure caused by the unexpected collision with a wall face and the like can be also prevented. In the high lift work, the stability can be ensured by using the water as the lower weight for preventing the overturning, by filling the water tank 1 with the water.

    • PURPOSE:To precisely detect the leak of a fluid according to a cooling operation or a heating operation by a method wherein a change in the pressure of a pipe is compared with a reference value, the leak of the fluid is judged and the reference value is corrected according to the surrounding state of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:In a control board 14 which is mounted on an entrance valve, a pressure operation means 31 receives the output of a pressure sensor 15 and operates a change in the pressure of a pipe, and a leak judgment means 32 receives the output of the means 31, compares the change in the pressure with a reference value A and judges the leak of a fluid. When the judged result of the means 32 indicates the leak of the fluid, a warning means 33 outputs an alarm signal or a valve-closing signal. In addition, a reference-value correction part 34 corrects the reference value A according to the surroundings, i.e., the expansion state of the contraction state of the pipe. At this time, the output of an open-air temperature sensor 16 and that of a sensor 17 for a fluid temperature inside the pipe are received, a means 36 sets a heating pattern H, a cooling pattern C and an intermediate pattern M on the basis of a temperature difference, and a means 37 operates a correction value on the basis of the patterns. Thereby, according to the expansion or the contraction of the pipe due to a cooling operation or a heating operation, the leak of the fluid can be judged with high accuracy.
