    • PURPOSE:To reinforce the ground and prevent the peripheral ground from freezing by inserting a hollow pipe into the ground to infiltrate hardener thereinto with the pressure before solidifying the harnener infiltrated into the ground, and circulating thermal medium in the hollow pipe. CONSTITUTION:A filling hole bored in the ground is filled with hardener 2 such as cement milk, mortar, water glass. Before the hardener 2 is solidified, a packer is placed around the hole for preventing the overflow of the hardener, a hollow pipe 3 having the colsed lower end is inserted thereinto, and the hardener is infiltrated into voids of the ground with the pressure. After that, the upper end of the hollow pipe 3 is covered with a lid, and an internal pipe 5 is inserted through the lid. A branch pipe 6 is projected to the side of the upper end of the hollow pipe 3, pipes linked to heating sources are respectively connected to the internal pipe 5 and the branch pipe 6, and thermal medium of liquid or gas is circulated in the hollow pipe 3. According to the constitution, the reinforcement and temperature control of the peripheral ground can be made.

    • PURPOSE:To enlarge the outer diameter of a pile by inserting a hollow pile into a hole bored in the ground, injecting pressed hardener into the hole through the hollow, and making the hardener permeate the ground around the hole. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed hole 1 is bored having a diameter almost equal to the outer diameter of a hollow pile 2 to be driven into the ground. To the upper part of the injection hole 21 of the pile 2, a pressure pump P is connected for a hardener 4 through a hose 3. The pile 2, having the outer diameter almost equal to the inner diameter of the hole 1, is once hung up and then driven into the hole 1 by its self-weight. After the pile 2 is driven up to a prescribed depth, the pump P is operated to supply the hardener 4, such as cement milk and mortar, and, to discharge it from the tip open port of the pile 2 into the hole 1. The hardener 4 in addition is injected around the pile 2 and then, before it is hardened, it is further injected with higher pressure.

In this way, slime can be securely removed and the cut-off function of a continuous underground wall can be improved and the cost can be reduced.
