摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration cutoff structure which easily conforms to the characteristics of the ground, is good in transportability and workability, and also good in stability after construction thereof. SOLUTION: The vibration cutoff structure (10) is constituted of a groove (20) dug in the ground (1) at a location between a vibration source and a structure which should be protected from transmission of vibrations, and a three- dimensional network body (30) arranged in the groove. The three-dimensional network body consists of wire materials formed of a plastic such as a PP (polypropylene) resin or a PET(polyethylene terephthalate) resin, for instance, and is molded such that the adjacent wire materials are connected together with voids being left therebetween like entangled dry noodles. Therefore, the network bodies different in wire diameter d and in porosity a can be easily produced, and a compression modulus e of the entire network body can be varied in a wide range according to the characteristics of the ground. Further, a nonwoven fabric (40) is interposed between the three-dimensional network body and a wall surface (21) of the groove in order to prevent infiltration of soil into the voids of the three-dimensional network body.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration of a columnar structure, and prevent crack and reduction of supporting force generated on a foundation ground caused by vibration so as to prevent collapse of a columnar structure by installing a vibration damping means on one part of the columnar structure. SOLUTION: An elastic damping body 3 is arranged as a vibration means so as to cover a base part on one part of a columnar structure 1. In order to increase a damping effect, elastic bodies whose hardness are different from each other are layered alternately with the elastic body singly or mixedly. In order to prevent vibration from transferring to a lower part, a same damping body 3 as a damping body 2 is arranged on the bottom surface lower part of the columnar structure 1 so as to shut out vibration. It is thus possible to prevent vibration of the columnar structure, and prevent crack and reduction of supporting force generated on a foundation ground caused by vibration so as to prevent collapse of the columnar structure. Also it is possible to prevent vibration environment pollution by preventing vibration from transferring to the foundation ground caused by low frequency ground vibration.

摘要： PURPOSE:To effectively perform freeze proofing of a trolley wire without worsening its function by using a synthetic resin foaming material, and coating a peripheral surface of the trolley wire so as to expose the lowest part of the trolley wire peripheral surface. CONSTITUTION:This freeze-proof structure for a trolley wire is formed by using a synthetic resin foaming material 2 of closed cell structure having at least flexibility, and by coating the trolley wire 1 so that the lowest part of a peripheral surface of the trolley wire 1 is exposed to the outside. Preferably the outside of the synthetic resin foaming material 2 is coated with a protecting material 3 of metal or the like. Thus by effectively preventing freezing and also by protecting the synthetic resin foaming material 2 as a heat insulating material from its damage, deterioration, etc., a freeze proofing effect over a long period is maintained. In the synthetic resin foaming material 2, in the case of using a trolley wire provided with a groove 8 in the trolley wire, a fixing protrusive part, engaged with the groove 8 of the trolley wire, is provided as necessary in a trolley wire side of the foaming material.

The molding product comprises a rubber composition, and the rubber composition preferably comprises the vulcanized rubber composition of a synthetic rubber such as an ethylene-propylene-based copolymer rubber, a butyl rubber, a styrene- butadiene-based copolymer rubber, a butadiene rubber, a chloroprene rubber, an acryl rubber and an isoprene rubber, or a natural rubber. The rubber composition preferably contains 200-800 pts.wt. barium sulfate based on 100 pts.wt. rubber component.
