摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent radiation heat from the inside of container promptly and simply by inserting a flexible heat-preventing plate with notches on its outside circumference into the lower opening end of dipping tube when repairing the damaged portion of the dipping tube's inner wall of vacuum degassing container for molten steel during hot working. CONSTITUTION:In repairing the damaged portion 4 of the inner wall of the dipping tube 2 of the vacuum degassing container 1 during hot working, repairing is made by preventing the radiation heat from the inside of the vacuum degassing container 1 by inserting the thin flat steel plate 12 of a shape similar to the inside circumference of the dipping tube 2 to the upper part of the damaged portion 4 into the lower opening end 19 of the dipping tube. The flexible portion 14 is formed on the outside circumference of the thin flat steel plate 12 by cutting the notches 13 at several places, and also a projection piece, e.g., the bar 15, etc., is connected to the flexible portion 14 so that the maximum diameter L, including the bar 15, becomes larger than the inside diameter B of the dipping tube 2.

CONSTITUTION:A large-area circuit having one function as a whole is divided into a plurality of small-area circuits 2a and the circuits 2a are grouped into a plurality of chip blocks 2. The blocks 2 are arranged on a fixing substrate 3 without gap in the longitudinal and transversal directions and the electrode pads 5 of adjacent circuits 2a are connected to each other through bonding wires 6. Therefore, a semiconductor chip 1 having a large area and high degree of integration can be constituted with the minimum area and wiring length without deteriorating the yield. The chip 1 can be mounted on a printed wiring board or lead frame by using a TAB system, etc.
