The device detects the machine operations related to income and expenditure as income/expenditure data and stores the income and expenditure amounts in a memory based on the detected income/expenditure data and calculates the income/expenditure balance of the individual machines for an arbitrary period based on the stored income and expenditure amounts. In the NC machine tool, the operations related to the income and expenditure can be detected while monitoring the execution statuses of the NC program.
