    • PURPOSE:To form a piezoelectric vibrator having a free resonance frequency with the same constitution of parts by adding, bonding and fixing mechanical skewness to a ceramic piezoelectric body or a metallic plate or both. CONSTITUTION:A hard rubber 2 is fitted on the lower surface of the upper side part of the bonding jig. An electrode is formed and polarized on both surfaces of a ceramic piezoelectric body 3. A metallic plate 5 is formed in the dome-shaped manner. The lower surface of a bonding jig upper side part 1 and a hard rubber plate 2 and the upper surface of a bonding jig lower side part 6 are both formed on the plane, and the ceramic piezoelectric body 3, adhesives 4 and the metallic plate 5 are constructed to be pushed down on the plane. The reason to use the hard rubber plate 2 is to improve close adherence at the time of bonding and hardness of about 60-90 for the rubber is good and suitable.

    • PURPOSE:To decrease output sound pressure of the low frequency band and to make reproducibility of a frequency characteristic good by installing an acoustic sound discharging hole near the center of the surface of the electroacoustic transducer and an acoustic leaking hole near the peripheral area and further, supporting the electroacoustic transducer through a rubber ring to a fitting body. CONSTITUTION:An electroacoustic transducer 7 is fixed to a fitting body 9 with a jig 11. An acoustic sound discharging hole 16 is formed near the center of a case 13 of the electroacoustic transducer 7 and an acoustic leaking hole 17 is formed near the peripheral area. A rubber ring 8 is accommodated in a ring-shaped groove 21 installed in the fitting body 9 around a sound discharging hole 10, the acoustic leaking hole 17 near the peripheral area of the electroacoustic transducer 7 and the acoustic sound discharging hole near the center are separated, and in such a way, the ring is adhered closely to the case 13 of the electroacoustic transducer.

    • PURPOSE:To perform a piezoelectric electroacoustic conversion of good acoustic- frequency characteristic with a simple structure by soldering one of input/output terminals, which are fixed to a case, to an electrode on the surface of a piezoelectric body through a thin piece-shaped lead wire. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic piezoelectric body 14 and a metallic diaphragm 15 are joined close to constitute an oscillator. A rear air chamber is constituted with this oscillator and a rear air chamber plate 16, and a sound leaking hole 17 and input/output terminals 18 and 19 are provided. A thin piece-shaped lead wire 23 is soldered to a position 24 of one electrode surface of the piezoelectric body 14, and a part 25 of the terminal 18 is soldered to the rear air chamber plate 16 together with the lead wire 23 by a projection 26 provided on a part of a front air chamber plate 20. A part 27 of the terminal 19 is soldered together with a part of the diaphragms 15. Thus, the soldering work is simplified very much, and the acoustic pressure frequency characteristic is improved.

When the plane with a recessed part is a non-circle such as ellipse or oblong circle, the resonance frequency of the major axis and the minor axis is different. Although the difference of the resonance frequency at the major axis and the minor axis is not so much large, the high-order resonance is larger in comparison with the 1st resonance and the energy of resonance is scattered. Then the high-order resonance level is attenuated remarkably by selecting the ratio of the major and minor axes to apropriate value.

The metallic diaphragm 23 is bonded closely by a ceramic piezoelectric body 24 and adhesives, and an oscillator 31 is constituted by both. A back-pressure air chamber 33 is formed between the oscillator 31 and a back-pressre air chamber plate 25, and a sound leaking hole 26 and an input terminal 27 are provided at the back- pressure air chamber plate 25. a sound-resistant material 28 is stuck to the sound leaking hole 26, and suppressed by a terminal plate 29. Since the value of sound resistance and the permeability degree of the sound-resistant materiala 28 have a high correlation, a piece of woven fabric having the small planar fluctuation width of the permeability degree is selected for the sound-resistant material, and the value is set to 15-40cc/cm /sec.

    • PURPOSE: To detect a pressed point on a film by using a polymer piezoelectric film which is subjected to uniaxial orientation and polarization processing.
      CONSTITUTION: The orienting directions of polymer piezoelectric films 1 and 2 are set rectangular to fixed parts 5 and 6 as well as adhered parts 9 and 10 respectively. A polymer film 4 is stuch to the films 1 and 2 with no malformation such as shrinkage, etc. Then these films are fixed with adhesion on a transparent substrate 3. The AC power given from an oscillator 16 is applied to an electric/mechanical converter 7. Thus the film 1 extends and contracts in its orienting direction. These vibrations form the longitudinal waves and unified at a film adhered part 9 to propagate approximately in parallel into the film 4. These waves are converted again into electric signals by pickups 8aW8h. When the film 4 is pressed with a finger, etc., the pickup output is reduced at the area near the pressed point on the film. Thus the pressed point can be detected on a film.
